Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Dengan adanya kemajuan zaman yang berdampak kepada pola pikir masyarakat maka tidak menutup kemungkinan mengakibatkan adanya perbedaan persepsi masyarakat terhadap mitos mahkota bunga pada tradisi Ngarot. Mitos mahkota bunga tetap dipertahankan sampai saat ini karena memiliki nilai-nilai positif untuk masyarakat yaitu sebagai kontrol pergaulan remaja Lelea. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana persepsi masyarakat terhadap mitos mahkota bunga serta nilai apa saja yang terkandung dalam mitos mahkota bunga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, masyarakat yang memiliki kepercayaan penuh terhadap mitos mahkota bunga adalah masyarakat yang berjenis kelamin laki-laki, sedangkan masyarakat Lelea yang berjenis kelamin perempuan tidak memiliki kepercayaan terhadap mitos mahkota bunga, hal itu disebabkan karena perempuan Lelea sudah membuktikan sendiri bahwa mahkota yang dipakai layu karena efek dari sinar matahari, debu, dll, bukan karena kesucian yang telah hilang. Selain itu, faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap mitos mahkota bunga adalah usia dan tingkat pendidikan, karena usia dan tingkat pendidikan juga mempengaruhi pola fikir masyarakat terhadap mitos mahkota bunga. Masing-masing bunga dalam rangkaian mahkota bunga Ngarot memiliki makna dan nilai. Nilai yang terkandung dalam mitos mahkota bunga adalah nilai etika/moral, nilai religius, dan nilai budaya. With the progress of the times that has an impact on people's mindsets, it does not rule out the possibility of causing differences in people's perceptions of the flower crown myth in the Ngarot tradition. The myth of the flower crown is still maintained today because it has positive values for society, namely as a control for Lelea's teenage association. The purpose of this study is to describe how people perceive the myth of the flower crown and what values are contained in the myth of the flower crown. This study uses qualitative methods and data collection is done by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, people who have full belief in the mythical flower crown are male people, while the Lelea people who are female do not have faith in the mythical flower crown, this is because Lelea women have proven themselves that the crown they wear withered because of the effects of sunlight, dust, etc., not because of the loss of purity. In addition, other factors that influence people's belief in the myth of the flower crown are age and level of education, because age and level of education also affect people's mindset towards the myth of the flower crown. Each flower in the Ngarot crown has a meaning and value. The values embodied in the myth of the flower crown are ethical/moral values, religious values, and cultural values.
