Latar Belakang : Coronavirus disease 2019 merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh Severe Acute Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) merupakan manifestasi klinis pada pasien Covid-19 dengan gejala berat dan kritis. Pada pasien dengan ARDS memerlukan perawatan di Ruang Perawatan Intensif (ICU) berupa penggunaan HFNC. High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) merupakan alat bantu napas yang mengalirkan oksigen dengan aliran tinggi. Hemoglobin memiliki fungsi sebagai pengangkut oksigen dan karbondioksida di dalam tubuh. Konsentrasi hemoglobin berhubungan dengan ketersediaan oksigen di dalam tubuh sehingga dapat mempengaruhi jangka waktu penggunaan HFNC pada pasien Covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kadar hemoglobin dengan lama penggunaan High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) pada pasien Covid-19 yang sembuh di Ruang Perawatan Intensif RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah rekam medis pasien Covid-19 yang menggunakan High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) di ICU dengan jumlah 84 sampel. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah kadar hemoglobin dan variabel dependen yaitu lama penggunaan HFNC. Hasil : Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kadar hemoglobin memiliki hubungan dengan lama penggunaan High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) pada pasien Covid- 19 yang sembuh di Ruang Perawatan Intensif RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung dengan nilai p sebesar 0.021. Simpulan : Terdapat hubungan antara kadar hemoglobin dengan lama penggunaan High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) pada pasien Covid-19 yang sembuh di Ruang Perawatan Intensif RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung. Kata Kunci : Coronavirus Disease 2019; Lama Penggunaan HFNC; Kadar Hemoglobin Background : Coronavirus disease 2019 is an infectious disease caused by Severe Acute Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) is the clinical manifestation in Covid-19 patients with severe and critical symptoms. Patients with ARDS require treatment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with the form of use HFNC. High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) is a breathing apparatus that delivers high flow oxygen. Hemoglobin has the function of carrying oxyen and carbon dioxide in the body. Hemoglobin concentration is related to the avaibility of oxygen in the body therefore it can affect the duration of HFNC use in Covid-19 patients. This study aimed to determine the relationship between hemoglobin levels and the duration of High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) use by survival Covid-19 patients in the Intensive Care Unit RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek. Methods : This study used an analytic method with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique is total sampling. Data source in this study was the medical records of Covid-19 patients using High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) in the ICU with a total of 84 samples.The independent variable was hemoglobin levels and the dependent variable was the duration of use HFNC. Results : This study shows that hemoglobin levels have a relationship with the duration of High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) use by survival Covid-19 patients in the Intensive Care Unit RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Lampung Province with p value 0.021. Conclusion : There is a relationship between hemoglobin levels and the duration of High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) use by survival Covid-19 patients in the Intensive Care Unit RSUD Dr. H.
