Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Abstrak Bahasa Indonesia Pendahuluan. Dismenore primer dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan status gizi, menarche dini, dan perilaku mengonsumsi makanan cepat saji (fast food) dengan kejadian dismenore primer. Metode. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional terhadap siswi kelas X SMAN 13 Bandar Lampung. Jumlah sampel diambil dengan metode total sampling yaitu 180 orang responden. Status gizi responden diketahui dari indeks massa tubuh dengan mengukur berat badan dan tinggi badan. Usia menarche, perilaku mengonsumsi makanan cepat saji (fast food), dan prevalensi kejadian dismenore primer diketahui melalui kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji komparatif chisquare, fisher, dan kolmogorov-smirnov. Hasil. Responden mengalami dismenore primer sebesar 90,6%. Responden dengan status gizi normal sebesar 83,9%, status gizi gemuk sebesar 11,7% dan status gizi kurus sebesar 4,4%. Responden yang mengalami menarche dini sebesar 1,1%. Responden yang sering mengonsumsi makanan cepat saji sebesar 83,3%. Hasil uji statistik antara status gizi dan dismenore primer didapatkan nilai p = 1,000, antara menarche dini dan dismenore primer didapatkan nilai p = 1,000, dan antara mengonsumsi makanan cepat saji dan dismenore primer didapatkan nilai p = 0,010 dengan OR = 4,261 dan CI = 1,474-12,320. Kesimpulan. Tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara status gizi dan kejadian dismenore primer. Tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara menarche dini dan kejadian dismenore primer. Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara perilaku mengonsumsi makanan cepat saji (fast food) dan dismenore primer. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nutritional status, early menarche, and fast food eating behaviour with the incidence of primary dysmenorrhea. Method. This research was an observational research analytic type with cross sectional approaching to female students X grader of SMAN 13 Bandar Lampung. The number of samples is 180 people which is determined by total sampling method. Nutritional status of respondents known from body mass index by measuring their weight and height. Age of menarche, fast food eating behaviour, and primary dysmenorrhea known through questionnaires. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate comparative test such as chi-square, fisher, and kolmogorov-smirnov. Result. Respondents who had primary dysmenorrhea were 90.6%. Respondents with normal nutritional status were 83.9%, overweight 11.7% and underweight 4.4%. Respondents who had early menarche were 1.1%. Respondents who frequently eat fast food were 83.3%. Statistical test results between both nutritional status and early menarche with primary dysmenorrhea was known that p value = 1.000, and between fast food eating behaviour and primary dysmenorrhea was known that p value = 0.010, OR = 4.261, CI = 1,474- 12.320. Conclusion. There was no significant relationship between both nutritional status and early menarche with primary dysmenorrhea, but there was a significant relationship between fast food eating behaviour and primary dysmenorrhea.
