Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Perizinan berusaha bagi pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Bandar Lampung diselenggarakan berdasarkan Peraturan Walikota Bandar Lampung No. 14 Tahun 2021 tentang Penyelenggaraan Perizinan Berusaha di Kota Bandar Lampung. Perizinan tersebut dilaksanakan di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) dan difasilitasi oleh Dinas Koperasi dan UKM. Bahwa kemudahan izin berusaha bagi UMKM di Kota Bandar Lampung dilaksanakan oleh DPMPTSP dengan kegiatan Pelaksanaan pelayanan, Pengelolaan pengaduan masyarakat, Pengelolaan informasi, pnyuluhan kepada masyarakat, Pelayanan konsultasi dan Pendampingan hukum berdasarkan. Kemudahan izin berusaha tersebut meliputi kemudahan pada aspek syarat dan proses Terintegrasi Secara Elektronik, menggunakan laman OSS, kemudahaan dalam aspek biaya yaitu tidak dikenakan biaya dan kemudahan dalam aspek waktu penerbitan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) adalah maksimal 10 hari kerja. Faktor penghambat kemudahan izin berusaha bagi UMKM di Kota Bandar Lampung adalah adanya anggapan dari Pelaku UMKM bahwa prosedur pengurusan izin berusaha adalah proses yang rumit dan lama. Selain itu hambatan teknis adalah masih terjadinya penurunan (down) sistem OSS yang disebabkan terdapat banyak pengguna yang mengakses sistem tersebut sehingga sistem menjadi lambat. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah DPMPTSP dan Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Bandar Lampung agar meningkatkan penyuluhan hukum kepada pelaku UMKM yang di seluruh Kota Bandar Lampung. DPMPTSP hendaknya mengoptimalkan jaringan intenet guna mendukung akses terhadap https://oss.go.id/, dan memperkuat sistem. Kata Kunci: Pemberian Kemudahan, Izin Berusaha, UMKM. Business licensing for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bandar Lampung City is organized based on Bandar Lampung Mayor Regulation No. 14 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Business Licensing in the City of Bandar Lampung. The licensing was carried out at the One Stop Investment and Services Agency (DPMPTSP) and facilitated by the Cooperatives and UKM Office. The ease of business permits for MSMEs in Bandar Lampung City is carried out by DPMPTSP with service implementation activities, management of public complaints, information management, counseling to the community, consulting services and legal assistance based on. The convenience of this business license includes convenience in terms of terms and processes that are Electronically Integrated, using the OSS website, convenience in the cost aspect, namely not being charged a fee and convenience in the aspect of issuance of a Business Identification Number (NIB) is a maximum of 10 working days. The inhibiting factor for ease of business permits for MSMEs in the City of Bandar Lampung is the assumption by MSME actors that the procedure for obtaining business permits is a complicated and lengthy process. Besides that, the technical obstacle is that the OSS system is still down due to the fact that there are many users accessing the system so that the system becomes slow. Suggestions in this study are DPMPTSP and the Office of Cooperatives and SMEs in Bandar Lampung City to increase legal counseling to MSME actors throughout Bandar Lampung City. DPMPTSP should optimize the internet network to support access to https://oss.go.id/, and strengthen the system. Keywords: Provision of Convenience, Business Permit, MSMEs.
