Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh partisipasi masyarakat terhadap keberhasilan program RIS-PNPM Mandiri. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada masyarakat miskin pedesaan yang bermukim di Desa Trimulyo, Kecamatan Tegineneng, Kabupaten Pesawaran dimana masyarakatnya yang mayoritas bermatapencaharian sebagai petani. Dengan adanya pembangunan infrastruktur jalan diharapkan dapat membantu perekonomian masyarakat dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan menciptakan masyarakat yang mandiri. Tipe penelitian ini adalah eksplanatory dengan pendekatan secara kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 40 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan cara analisis tabulasi silang melalui program pengolahan data statistik, yaitu SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa program RIS-PNPM Mandiri sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat pedesaan karena kualitas pembangunan infrastruktur lebih baik daripada pembangunan program lain, hal ini dibuktikan dengan banyaknya masyarakat yang menikmati hasil program tersebut. Kata kunci: partisipasi, ris-pnpm mandiri. This study aims to determine the effect of public participation in the success of the RIS-PNPM Mandiri program. This research was conducted at the rural poor who live in the village Trimulyo, District Tegineneng, Pesawaran District where the majority of people livelihood as farmers. With the development of road infrastructure is expected to help the economy of the community in improving the welfare of society and create an independent community. This type of research is explanatory with a quantitative approach. Sample size was 40 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis was done by cross-tabulation analysis through statistical data processing programs, namely SPSS. Based on the research results, it is known that the RIS-PNPM Mandiri program is needed by rural communities because of the quality of infrastructure development better than any other program development, this is evidenced by the many people who enjoy the fruits of the program.
