Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Pemerintah Kota Bandar Lampung melakukan berbagai upaya menanggulangi pandemi Covid-19. Pengadaan vaksin virus corona telah dilaksanakan dan dilakukan secara bergilir, namun permasalahan saat ini adalah masyarakat menolak untuk divaksin. Berdasarkan Peraturan Walikota Nomor 18 Tahun 2020 tentang Pedoman Pencegahan Penyebaran Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Melalui Protokol Kesehatan Di Wilayah Kota Bandar Lampung. Permasalahan penelitian: (1) Bagaimanakah peran Dinas Kesehatan dalam penanganan pelaksanaan vaksinasi Covid-19 di Kota Bandar Lampung? (2) Apakah faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan vaksinasi Covid-19 di Kota Bandar Lampung? Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dan yuridis empiris. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi Pustaka dan studi lapangan. Pengolahan data meliputi seleksi data, klasifikasi data, penyusunan data. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriftif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Peran Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bandar Lampung dalam pelaksanaan vaksinasi Covid-19 telah berjalan dengan optimal dan berjalan sebagaimana mestinya dilihat dari perangkat pemerintah dalam menjalankan tugasnya menyediakan vaksin dan melaksanakan program vaksinasi. (2) Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan peran Dinas Kesehata Kota Bandar Lampung dalam melaksanakan vaksinasi adalah diterapkannya disiplin masyarakat dalam menegakkan prokes 5M, adanya penyediaan sarana dan prasarana dan adanya tenaga tim vaksinator. Faktor penghambatnya adalah ketersediaan vaksin Covid-19 yang masih terbatas, kurangnya tim vaksinator dan adanya berita informasi yang dibuat-buat (hoax). Kata Kunci: Peran, Vaksinasi, Covid-19 ABSTRACT The City Government of Bandar Lampung is making various efforts to tackle the Covid-19 pandemic. Procurement of the corona virus vaccine has been carried out and carried out in rotation, but the current problem is that people refuse to be vaccinated. Based on Mayor Regulation Number 18 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for Preventing the Spread of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Through Health Protocols in the City of Bandar Lampung. Research problems: (1) What is the role of the Health Service in handling the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination in Bandar Lampung City? (2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in carrying out the Covid-19 vaccination in Bandar Lampung City? This research uses normative juridical and empirical juridical approaches. Data collection was carried out by library research and field studies. Data processing includes data selection, data classification, data compilation. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) The role of the Bandar Lampung City Health Service in implementing the Covid-19 vaccination has been running optimally and is running as it should be seen from government officials in carrying out their duties of providing vaccines and implementing the vaccination program. (2) Factors supporting the implementation of the role of the Bandar Lampung City Health Service in carrying out vaccinations are the application of community discipline in enforcing the 5M health program, the provision of facilities and infrastructure and the presence of a team of vaccinators. The inhibiting factors are the limited availability of the Covid-19 vaccine, the lack of a team of vaccinators and the existence of fabricated information (hoax).
