Peneliitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh : (1) sikap pada teknologi media pembelajaran daring terhadap kinerja guru sekolah menengah atas swata di Kota Metro, (2) etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru sekolah menengah atas swata di Kota Metro yang mengajar secara daring pada masa pandemi covid19. Penelitian Ini termasuk penelitian causal comparative research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru yang bekerja dalam sekolah menengah atas swasta di Kota Metro. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah empat sekolah menengah atas swasta yang berada di Kota Metro yang berjumlah 113 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuisioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) sikap pada teknologi media pembelajaran daring berpengaruh positif dan juga signifikan terhadap kinerja guru pada Sekolah Menengah Atas Swasta di Kota Metro. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil koefisien beta (β) sebesar 0,493 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000, dan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,493.; (2) etos kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Menengah Atas Swasta di Kota Metro. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai koefisien beta (β) sebesar 0,352 dan nilai signifikansi p=0,000; hal terebut menunjukkan bahwa etos kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Menengah Atas Swasta di Kota Metro. Nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,352. Kata Kunci : Teknologi Media Pembelajarran Daring, Etos Kerja, Kinerja This study aims to determine the effect of: (1) attitudes towards online learning media technology on the performance of private high school teachers in Metro City, (2) work ethic on the performance of private high school teachers in Metro City who teach online during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is a causal comparative research with a quantitative approach. The population of this research are teachers who work in private high schools in Metro City. The samples taken in this study were four private high schools located in Metro City, totaling 113 people. Data was collected by using a questionnaire which has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that: (1) attitudes to online learning media technology had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at private high schools in Metro City. This is evidenced by the results of the beta coefficient (β) of 0.493 and a significance value of 0.000, and a regression coefficient of 0.493.; (2) work ethic has a positive effect on the performance of private high school teachers in Metro City. This is evidenced by the beta coefficient (β) of 0.352 and the significance value of p = 0.000; This shows that work ethic has a positive effect on the performance of private high school teachers in Metro City.
