Kondisi peningkatan kendaraan dan berkurangnya ruang terbuka hijau karena banyaknya tutupan lahan berdampak negatif terhadap kualitas udara di Universitas Lampung. Salah satunya adalah meningkatnya konsentrasi gas Karbon Monoksida (CO) di Universitas Lampung, oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melihat pengaruh jumlah kendaraan terhadap besaran emisi Karbon Monoksida (CO) di lingkungan Universitas Lampung setelah ada tutupan lahan dan besaran konsentrasi Udara ambien Polutan Karbon Monoksida (CO) di lingkungan Universitas Lampung setelah ada tutupan lahan. Lokasi penelitian ini ada di Universitas Lampung yang berada di Jalan Soemantri Brojonegoro Kelurahan Gedong Meneng Kota Bandar Lampung, tahapan pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua tahapan yaitu pengumpulan data primer dan pengumpulan data sekunder kemudian di analisis melalui kegiatan komplikasi dan tabulasi serta analisis tingkat kualitas udara yang ada di Universitas Lampung setelah adanya tutup lahan. Hasil penelitian dan analisis data, menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Secara keseluruhan kualitas udara Karbon Monoksida (CO) di lingkungan Universitas Lampung setelah ada tutupan lahan berada pada kategori baik karena memiliki rentang pencemaran udara antara 1 – 50 sesuai dengan standar kualitas udara yang di tetapkan oleh pemerintah melalui Peraturan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Nomor P.14/MENLHK/SETJEN/KUM.1/7/2020 tentang Indeks Standar Pencemar Udara. (2) Konsentrasi CO masih berada pada nilai ambang batas yang diprasyaratkan oleh Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 41 Tahun 1999 tentang baku mutu udara ambien, konsenstrasi CO yang paling tertinggi sebesar 28222,96 μg/Nm3. One of them is the increasing concentration of Carbon Monoxide (CO) gas in the University of Lampung, therefore this study aims to see the effect of the number of vehicles on the amount of Carbon Monoxide (CO) emissions in the University of Lampung environment after there is land cover and the amount of ambient air concentration of Carbon Monoxide (CO) pollutants in the University of Lampung environment after there is land cover. The location of this research is at the University of Lampung located on Jalan Soemantri Brojonegoro, Gedong Meneng Village, Bandar Lampung City, the data collection stages in this study are carried out in two stages, namely primary data collection and secondary data collection, then analyzed through complications and tabulation activities and analysis of air quality levels at the University of Lampung after land cover. The results of research and data analysis, the conclusions obtained are: (1) Overall the air quality of Carbon Monoxide (CO) in the University of Lampung environment after land cover is in the good category because it has an air pollution range of 1 – 50 according to the air quality standards set by the government through Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Number P. 14/MENLHK/SETJEN/KUM.1/7/2020 concerning Air Pollutant Standard Index. (2) CO concentration is still at the threshold value required by Government Regulation Number 41 of 1999 concerning ambient air quality standards, the highest CO was 28222.96 μg/Nm3.
