Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Konflik antara Hi. Zainuddin Hanafi Ketua DPD Partai NasDem dengan Darwis Khair Ketua Dewan Pakar Daerah Partai NasDem menyebabkan terjadinya perpecahan pengurus dan anggota DPD Partai NasDem Tanggamus yang terlibat dalam konflik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktor yang terlibat konflik, untuk mengetahui bentuk konflik, penyebab terjadinya konflik dan akibat yang ditimbulkan oleh konflik internal Partai NasDem Tanggamus. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori dari Fisher, Maurice Duverger, Ralf Dahrendorf. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif. Data primer diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara dengan informan yang dipandang memahami masalah. Data skunder dikumpulkan melalui literatur-literatur dan artikel yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konflik di Partai Nasdem Tanggamus telah terjadi perbedaan pendapat antara Hi. Zainuddin Hanafi Ketua DPD Partai NasDem dan Darwis Khair Ketua Dewan Pakar dalam hal menetapkan nomor urut caleg. Konflik ini termasuk ke dalam konflik laten dan konflik permukaan karena konflik ini masih bersifat tersembunyi dan perlu di angkat kepermukaan agar dapat diatasi secara efektif serta diketahui oleh semua pengurus dan anggota DPD Partai NasDem Tanggamus. Konflik Partai NasDem ini mempunyai dampak positif yaitu penyusunan kembali struktur kepengurusan dan dampak negatif yaitu perpecahan pengurus DPD Partai NasDem Tanggamus yang berdampak kepada struktur kepengurusan DPD Partai NasDem Tanggamus. The conflict between Hi. Zainuddin Hanafi him chairman of council Darwis Khair NasDem Party chairman of the experts with local Party NasDem cause the council and member of the Party divisions NasDem Tanggamus involved in conflict. This research aims to understand an actor who engage in conflict , to know the form of conflict , the cause of conflict and due to internal conflict caused by Tanggamus NasDem Party. This research using the theory of Fisher , Maurice Duverger , Ralf Dahrendorf. The study is based on research by a qualitative studies descriptive. The primary data obtained by doing an interview with informants seen understand the problems. Data collected through literatur-literatur skunder and article relevant to this research. This research result indicates that conflict in Party NasDem Tanggamus there has been a difference of opinion between Hi.Zainuddin Hanafi head of DPD NasDem Party and Darwis Khair the chairman of the board in terms of experts set the ordinal number of caleg. This conflict including in conflicts latent conflicts and the surface because of this conflict are not hidden and in need to lift the surface can be overcome in order to effectively and known by all the management and a member of council Tanggamus NasDem Party. Conflict NasDem this party to have a positive effect which is the realignment of management structure and the negative effects of which is a split the Party DPD NasDem Tanggamus that adds the management structure Party DPD NasDem Tanggamus.
