The purpose of the research was to analyze the cost structure of red chili farming in Tegineneng District, to analyze the risk of production, price, and income of red chili farming in Tegineneng District. This research was conducted using a survey method. The research was conducted in the District of Tegineneng. The location selection was carried out purposively with the consideration that Tegineneng District is the largest red chili production center in Pesawaran District. The first objective analysis uses the farming cost structure formula and the second objective analysis uses the Coefficient of Variation (CV) formula. The results obtained in this study are the cost structure of red chili farming including variable costs and fixed costs with a percentage of 82.18% and 17.82%. TKLK costs have the highest contribution to the variable costs incurred by farmers, namely 29.53%. Land rental costs have the largest contribution to fixed costs of 14.61%. Red chili farming income on cash costs is Rp. 92,067,362.95/ha and red chili farming income on total costs is Rp. 68,660,370.56/ha. The R/C ratio for cash costs is 3.71 and for total costs is 2.20. Production risk and red chili farming income risk is higher than red chili price risk with CV values of 0.50 and 0.99. There is a positive relationship between production risk and red chili farming income in Tegineneng District. Keywords: cost structure, red chili, and risk. Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah menganalisis struktur biaya usaha tani cabai merah di Kecamatan Tegineneng, menganalisis risiko produksi, harga, dan pendapatan usaha tani cabai merah di Kecamatan Tegineneng. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode survei. Penelitian dilakukan di Kecamatan Tegineneng. Pemilihan lokasi dilakukan dengan sengaja (purposive) dengan pertimbangan bahwa Kecamatan Tegineneng merupakan sentra produksi cabai merah terbesar di Kabupaten Pesawaran. Analisis tujuan pertama menggunakan rumus struktur biaya usaha tani dan analisis tujuan kedua menggunakan rumus Koefisien Variasi (CV). Hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini adalah sruktur biaya usaha tani cabai merah meliputi biaya variabel dan biaya tetap dengan persentase sebesar 82,18% dan 17,82%. Biaya TKLK memiliki kontribusi paling tinggi pada biaya variabel yang dikeluarkan oleh petani yaitu sebesar 29,53%. Biaya sewa lahan memiliki kontribusi terbesar pada biaya tetap sebesar 14,61%. Pendapatan usaha tani cabai merah atas biaya tunai adalah sebesar Rp92.067.362,95/ha dan pendapatan usaha tani cabai merah atas biaya total adalah sebesar Rp68.660.370,56/ha. Nilai R/C ratio atas biaya tunai sebesar 3,71 dan atas biaya total adalah sebesar 2,20. Risiko produksi dan pendapatan usaha tani cabai merah lebih tinggi dibandingan risiko harga cabai merah dengan nilai CV sebesar 0,50 dan 0,99. Terdapat hubungan positif antara risiko produksi dengan pendapatan usahatani cabai merah di Kecamatan Tegineneng. Kata kunci : cabai merah, risiko, struktur biaya
