Pembangunan infrastruktur yang sedang gencar dibangun merupakan upaya pemerintah dalam memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat khususnya dalam bidang kesehatan yaitu dengan membangun sarana kesehatan seperti Gedung Perawatan Neurologi RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung. Untuk mempermudah proses pemeliharaan dan perawatan gedung agar efektif dan efisien dibutuhkan teknologi, teknologi yang dapat digunakan yaitu dengan Building Information Modeling (BIM). Salah satu software yang mendukung konsep BIM adalah Autodesk Revit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah memodelkan Gedung Perawatan Neurologi RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung dengan menerapkan konsep BIM serta mendapatkan output volume pada pekerjaan cat dinding, pintu, dan jendela untuk setiap ruangan tiap lantai. Pemodelan diawali dengan mengatur satuan, membuat grid dan level, membuat family struktur serta memodelkannya, membuat family arsitektur serta memodelkannya, membuat identity data, melakukan clash check, selanjutnya mengeluarkan hasil volume sesuai tujuan penelitian. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa memodelkan Gedung Perawatan Neurologi RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung menggunakan konsep Building Information Modeling (BIM) lebih efektif karena output volume yang didapatkan tidak hanya secara menyeluruh tetapi dapat dikhususkan pada lantai maupun ruangan tertentu. Kata kunci: Building Information Modeling (BIM), Autodesk Revit, Pemeliharaan dan Perawatan. The infrastructure development that is being intensively built is the government's effort to meet the needs of the community, especially in the health sector, namely by building health facilities such as the Neurology Treatment Building of Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Hospital, Lampung Province. To facilitate the process of operational and maintaining buildings to be effective and efficient, technology that can be used is Building Information Modeling (BIM). One of the software that supports the BIM concept is Autodesk Revit. The purpose of this study was to model the Neurology Treatment Building of Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Hospital, Lampung Province by applying the BIM concept and obtaining volume output on paint, door, and window unit for each room of each floor. Modeling begins with arranging units, creating grids and levels, creating family structures and modeling them, creating architectural families and modeling them, creating identity data, conducting clash checks, then further issue the volume results according to the purpose of the study. From this study, it can be concluded that modeling the Neurology Treatment Building of Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Hospital, Lampung Province using the concept of Building Information Modeling (BIM) is more effective because the volume output obtained is not only comprehensive but can be specialized in certain floor and room.
