Kehidupan masyarakat nelayan tidak luput dari permasalahan seperti kemiskinan, kesenjangan sosial serta tekanan-tekanan ekonomi, keterbatasan akses modal, teknologi serta pasar sehingga mempengaruhi pemenuhan kebutuhan rumahtangganya. Upaya mengatasi masalah-masalah tersebut istri nelayan turut serta dalam meningkatkan pendapatan rumahtangga dengan berperan dalam kegaiatan reproduktif, produktif, dan sosial. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui peranan perempuan pada kegiatan produktif, reproduktif, dan sosial dalam rumah tangga nelayan, menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan peranan perempuan pada kegiatan produktif dalam rumah tangga nelayan, dan mengetahui sumbangan pendapatan rumah tangga nelayan pada kegiatan produktif terhadap pendapatan keluarga. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pulau Pasaran, Kecamatan Teluk Betung Timur, Kota Bandar Lampung pada Agustus-September 2022. Responden dalam penelitian adalah 44 orang istri nelayan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian sensus dan data dianalisa secara deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis statistika non parametrik uji korelasi Rank Kendall Tau. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa istri nelayan memiliki peranan yang cukup tinggi dalam kegiatan reproduktif, sedangkan pada kegiatan produktif dan sosial masih tergolong rendah. Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan nyata dengan peranan produktif perempuan dalam rumah tangga nelayan adalah jumlah tanggungan keluarga (X₄) dan motivasi (X₅) dan faktor-faktor yang tidak berhubungan nyata ialah umur (X₁), tingkat pendidikan formal (X₂) dan lama bekerja (X₃). Rata-rata sumbangan pendapatan istri nelayan pada kegiatan produktif terhadap pendapatan keluarga yaitu sebesar 30,13 persen. The life of fishing communities is inseparable from problems such as poverty, social inequality and economic pressures, limited access to capital, technology and markets which affect the fulfillment of household needs. Efforts to overcome these problems fishermen's wives participate in increasing household income by playing a role in reproductive, productive and social activities. The aims of this study were to determine the role of women in productive, reproductive and social activities in fishing households, to analyze factors related to the role of women in productive activities in fishing households, and to determine the contribution of fishing household income in productive activities to family income. This research was conducted on Pasaran Island, Teluk Betung Timur District, Bandar Lampung City in August-September 2022. The respondents in the study were 44 fishermen's wives. This research uses census research method and the data is analyzed descriptively with a quantitative approach. Hypothesis testing uses non-parametric statistical analysis of the Kendall Tau Rank correlation test. The results of this study indicate that fishermen's wives have a fairly high role in reproductive activities, while productive and social activities are still relatively low. Factors that are significantly related to the productive role of women in fishing households are the number of family dependents (X₄) and motivation (X₅) and factors that are not significantly related are age (X₁), level of formal education (X₂) and length of work ( X₃). The average income contribution of fishermen's wives in productive activities to family income is 30.13 percent. Keywords: The role of women, fisherman households, income contribution.
