Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
ABSTRAK Polri berusaha membangun pemahaman empiris tentang aspek fungsi Kepolisian universal dan pemahaman sosiologis yang terkait dengan sejarah perjuangan dan budaya bangsa Indonesia. Permasalahan penelitian adalah bagaimanakah peranan Kepolisian dalam menanggulangi pencurian kendaraan bermotor (curanmor) roda dua di Poisek Labuhan Maringgai Lampung Timur? dan faktor-faktor apakah yang menghambat peranan Kepolisian dalam menanggulangi pencurian kendaraan bermotor (curanmor) roda dua di Poisek Labuhan Maringgai LampungTimur ? Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis secara kualitatif yaitu setelah data didapat diuraikan secara sistematis dan disimpulkan dengan cara pikir induktif sehingga menjadi gambaran umum jawaban permasalahan berdasarkan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peranltindakan hukum Polsek Labuhan Maringgai dalam menanggulangi tindak pidana pencurian kendaraan bermotor roda dua telah berperan aktif melakukan tindakan-tindakan dalam menangani tindak pidana pencurian kendaraan bermotor roda dua. Faktor penghambat peranan Kepolisian dalam menanggulangi pencurian kendaraan bermotor (curanmor) roda dua di Poisek Labuhan Maringgai Lampung Timur, keterbatasan sumber daya Reskrim dan tingkat kesejahteraan anggota yang tidak memadai, mengakibatkan terjadinya hambatan-hambatan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan penyidikan.. Peranltindakan hukum Poisek Labuhan Maringgai dalam menanggulangi tindak pidana pencurian kendaraan bermotor roda dua telah berperan aktif melakukan tindakan-tindakan dalam menangani tindak pidana pencurian kendaraan bermotor roda dua. Saran, itu diharapkan kepada Kapolsek Labuhan Maringgai untuk menjalin kerjasama dengan FKPM, Polmas, dan instansi samping guna meningkatkan upaya preemtif, preventif dan represif. Untuk meningkatkan pengungkapan perkara dan mengeliminir penyimpangan yang terjadi di Polsek Labuhan Maringgai. The research problem is how the role of the police in dealing with motor vehicle theft (curanmor) two wheels in East Lampung Police Labuhan Maringgai? and what factors which inhibit the role of police in dealing with motor vehicle theft (curanmor) two wheels in East Lampung Police Labuhan Maringgai? Data analysis was performed using a qualitative analysis method that is after the data obtained systematically described and summarized in a manner thought to be a general inductive answer to the problem based on the results of the research. The results showed that the role / legal action Labuhan Maringgai police in tackling the crime of theft of motorcycles has actively perform actions in dealing with the crime of theft of motorcycles. Factors inhibiting the role of the police in dealing with motor vehicle theft (curanmor) two wheels in Labuhan Maringgai East Lampung Police, Criminal limited resources and inhibiting of the welfare of members, resulting in the occurrence of irregularities in the conduct of the investigation. Role / legal action Labuhan Maringgai police in tackling the crime of theft of motorcycles has actively perform actions in dealing with the crime of theft of motorcycles. Advice, it is expected to Labuan police chief Maringgai to cooperate with FKPM, community policing, and the agency side in order to improve efforts preemptive, preventive and repressive. To improve the disclosure of the case and eliminate abuses in Labuhan Maringgai police. Keywords: Role, Police, mauling
