Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasikan perilaku kosumen yang berupa mahasiswa terhadap pemanfaatan QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) pada mahasiswa jurusan Ekonomi Pembangunan Universitas Lampung. Penelitian ini dinilai dengan menggunakan beragam tes seperti uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas yang dihitung dengan perangkat lunak SPSS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku mahasiswa terahadap penerapan QRIS sebagai media pembayaran non-tunai. Kata Kunci : Perilaku Konsumen, Komponen Kognitif, Afektif, Konatif. The objective of this research is to identify the consumer behaviour towards the utilization of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) in University of Lampung Economics Development program. The research was assessed utilizing multiple test such as validity and reliability test, which was computed through the use of SPSS software. This research determines the identification of college student’s behaviour towards the utilization of QRIS. Keywords: Consumer Behaviour, Cognitive Component, Affective, Conative.
