Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas, struktur modal, dan aktivitas terhadap pertumbuhan perusahaan pada perusahaan subsektor perdagangan eceran yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2021. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor layanan perdagangan dan investasi sub sektor perdagangan eceran yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015- 2021. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dengan studi pustaka dan studi dokumentasi dengan teknik pengujian data berdasarkan analisis statistic deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji model regresi, dan uji hipotesis. Dari hasil analisis penelitian ini diketahui bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan perusahaan. Struktur modal berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan perusahaan. Aktivitas berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Profitabilitas, Struktur Modal, Aktivitas, dan Pertumbuhan Perusahaan This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, capital structure, and activity on company growth in retail trade subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2021. The object of this research is the trade and investment services sector companies in the retail trade subsector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2021. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. Methods of collecting data with literature studies and documentation studies with data testing techniques based on descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, regression model testing, and hypothesis testing. From the result of the analysis of this study, it is known that profitability has a positive effect on company growth. Capital structure has a positive effect on company growth.
