Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menghasilkan produk pengembangkan LKPD menulis teks eksposisi berbasis model discovery learning, mendeskripsikan kelayakan LKPD tersebut, dan menguji efektifitas LKPD tersebut terhadap siswa SMA kelas X. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and development (R&D) milik Borg dan Gall. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 5 Bandarlampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara melakukan dokumentasi, observasi, wawancara, dan angket di SMA Negeri 5 Bandarlampung. Data yang diperoleh dalam penilitian ini selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini terlihat bahwa LKPD Menulis Teks Eksposisi Berbasis Model Discovery Learning telah berhasil dikembangkan menjadi produk yang dibutuhkan oleh siswa. Ahli materi, ahli media, dan praktisi menyatakan bahwa lembar kerja peserta didik tersebut dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan oleh siswa dengan presentasi penilaian 93, 80, dan 93. Lembar kegiatan peserta didik dinilai efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks eksposisi pada masingmasing siswa di SMA Negeri 5 Bandarlampung dengan nilai N-gain sebesar (0,48), (0,44), dan (0,54) termasuk dalam kategori efektif untuk digunakan. This research was conducted with the aim of producing product development worksheets, writing exposition texts based on the discovery learning model, describing the feasibility of the worksheets, and testing the effectiveness of these worksheets on high school students in class X. The method in this study used Borg and Gall's research and development (R&D) method. . The subjects in this study were class X students at SMA Negeri 5 Bandarlampung. This study used data collection techniques by means of documentation, observation, interviews, and questionnaires at SMA Negeri 5 Bandarlampung. The data obtained in this research was then analyzed using a qualitative descriptive technique. The results of this study show that the LKPD Writing Exposition Text Based on the Discovery Learning Model has been successfully developed into products needed by students. Material experts, media experts, and practitioners stated that the student worksheets were stated to be suitable for use by students with 93, 80, and 93 assessment presentations. Student activity sheets are considered effective for improving the ability to write exposition texts for each student at SMA Negeri 5 Bandarlampung with N-gain values of (0.48), (0.44), and (0.54) included in the effective category to use.
