The study aims to analyze the financial feasibility and sensitivity to a decrease in the amount of production and an increase in input prices in two silk tofu agroindustries with the use of different combustion methods, namely firewood stoves and boilers in Gunung Sulah Way Halim Bandar Lampung. Both tofu agroindustries were forecasting for 15 years, starting from 2022. The basic research method applied was a case study. Research data were collected from November to December 2022. The analysis used five investment criteria, namely NPV, Gross B/C, Net B/C, IRR, and PP. The results obtained were that the silk tofu agroindustry with the use of different combustion methods, namely firewood stoves and boilers in Gunung Sulah Way Halim Bandar Lampung was financially feasible with a positive NPV value of Rp 9.790.778.313,-. and Rp 60.350.619.570,-. respectively. Net B/C of both agroindustries> 1, namely 3,12 and 5,81., the IRR value of both agroindustries is greater than the commercial bank interest rate in 2022 of 21%, and 35%, the Gross B/C value of both agroindustries> 1, namely 1,24 and 1,30., and the PP value is lower than the business life of 10 years 5 months, and 8 years 9 months. The results of the sensitivity analysis of a 5% decrease in production, and a 26% increase in the price of raw materials caused a decrease in NPV, Gross B/C, Net B/C, and IRR but remained at an acceptable level which meant that the business was still feasible to develop. Keywords: silken tofu, combustion method, financial viability, sensitivity Penelitian bertujuan dalam melakukan analisis kelayakan finansial dan sensitivitas terhadap penurunan jumlah produksi dan kenaikan harga input pada dua agroindustri tahu sutra dengan penggunaan metode pembakaran yang berbeda, yaitu tungku kayu bakar dan boiler di Gunung Sulah Way Halim Bandar Lampung. Kedua agroindustri tahu tersebut dilakukan peramalan (forecasting) selama 15 tahun, terhitung dari tahun 2022. Metode dasar penelitian yang diterapkan berupa studi kasus. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dari bulan November sampai dengan Desember 2022. Analisis memakai lima kriteria investasi, yaitu NPV, Gross B/C, Net B/C, IRR, dan PP. Diperoleh hasil yaitu agroindustri tahu sutra dengan penggunaan metode pembakaran yang berbeda, yaitu tungku kayu bakar dan boiler di Gunung Sulah Way Halim Bandar Lampung layak secara finansial dengan nilai NPV masing-masing agroindustri positif sebesar Rp 9.790.778.313,-. dan Rp 60.350.619.570,-. Net B/C kedua agroindustri >1 yaitu 3,12 dan 5,81., nilai IRR kedua agroindustri lebih besar dari tingkat suku bunga bank komersil tahun 2022 sebesar 21%, dan 35%, nilai Gross B/C kedua agroindustri >1 yaitu 1,24 dan 1,30., serta nilai PP lebih rendah dari umur usaha yaitu 10 tahun 5 bulan, dan 8 tahun 9 bulan. Hasil analisis sensitivitas terhadap penurunan produksi 5%, dan kenaikan harga bahan baku 26% menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan NPV, Gross B/C, Net B/C, dan IRR tetapi tetap dalam tingkatan diterima yang mengartikan usaha masih layak dikembangkan.
