Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Pendidikan adalah salah satu faktor pendukung dalam mengembangkan sumber daya manusia, sehingga sangat diperlukan inovasi dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kualitas lulusan. Salah satu tuntutan globalisasi yang harus diupayakan adalah adanya keterampilan berpikir kritis. Sebagai upaya untuk melatih kemampuan peserta didik mengembangkan proses berpikir adalah dengan melatih menemukan sendiri masalah dalam pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis 1) potensi dan kondisi; 2) proses pengembangan; 3) efektifitas; 4) kemenarikan; education card model problem based learning dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kristis peserta didik. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di SMP Qur’an Darul Fattah Bandar Lampung. Responden penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas VII SMP Qur’an Darul Fattah berjumlah 81 peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE. Penelitian ini didasarkan atas teori berpikir kritis dari Facione (2016). Teori belajar kognitif dan konstruktivisme yang mendukung model problem based learning. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan 1)potensi dan kondisi dikembangkan education card model problem based learning memiliki dukungan yang baik pada proses pengembangan media pembelajaran kultur semangat belajar yang tinggi, ditunjang dengan sarana prasarana pembelajaran yang baik serta peserta didik yang antusias, 2) pengembangan education card model problem based dilakukan karena kurangnya sumber belajar PPKn yang menggunakan media digital sehingga mudah untuk diakses, 3) Efektivitas media pembelajaran education card dengan model problem based learning dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik memiliki tingkat efektivitas sebesar 1,04 dengan kriteria tinggi (strong effect) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa education card model problem based learning dinilai efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis 4) kemenarikan media education card dengan model problem based learning memiliki klasifikasi sangat menarik berdasarkan indikator penyajian materi, tampilan media, proses dan manfaat pembelajaran. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik meningkat dengan menggunakan education card model pembelajaran problem based learning. Kata Kunci: Education Card, Efektifitas, PBL, Kebhinekaan Indonesia, Keterampilan berpikir kritis Education is one of the supporting factors in developing human resources, so that innovation in learning is needed to improve the quality of graduates. One of the demands of globalization that must be pursued is the existence of critical thinking skills. As an effort to train the ability of students to develop thinking processes is to train themselves to find problems in learning. The purpose of this research is to analyze 1) potential and condition; 2) development process; 3) effectiveness; 4) attractiveness; education card model problem based learning in improving students' critical thinking skills. The research location was carried out at Darul Fattah Qur'an Middle School Bandar Lampung. The research respondents were class VII students of SMP Qur'an Darul Fattah totaling 81 students. This research is a development research using the ADDIE model. This research is based on the theory of critical thinking from Facione (2016). Cognitive learning theory and constructivism support the problem based learning model. The results of the study can be concluded 1) the potential and conditions for developing the problem-based learning education card model have good support in the process of developing learning media culture, high enthusiasm for learning, supported by good learning infrastructure and enthusiastic students, 2) development of the education card model problem based is done because of the lack of Civics learning resources that use digital media so that it is easy to access, 3) The effectiveness of education card learning media with the problem based learning model in improving students' critical thinking skills has an effectiveness level of 1.04 with high criteria (strong effect) so that it can be concluded that the problem based learning education card model is considered effective in improving critical thinking skills 4) the attractiveness of the education card media with the problem based learning model has a very attractive classification based on indicators of material presentation, media appearance, process and learning benefits. The conclusion of this study shows that students' critical thinking skills increase by using the education card model of problem based learning.
