Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Berdasarkan data Desa Wayakrui tingkat pendidikan mayarakat Desa Wayakrui masih terbilang rendah, dimana pendidikan merupakan salah satu faktor utama dalam pertumbuh ekonomi. Oleh karna itu perlu adanya penelitian terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi desa. Tujuan peneliti disini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi Desa Wayakrui. Tipe penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian berada di Desa Wayakrui Kecamatan Kalirejo Kabupaten Lampung Tengah dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data: wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah, faktorfaktor yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi Desa Wayakrui antara lain: Pertama, sumber daya manusia yang belum memadai. Kedua, sarana dan prasarana serta tingkat teknologi yang belum memadai. Ketiga, kinerja dan program pemerintah desa yang dirasa kurang maksimal. Berdasarkan konsep ekonomi klasik, dimensi tanah dan kekayaan alam sudah baik namun harus ada peningkatan, dimensi jumlah dan mutu dari penduduk dan tenaga kerja sudah baik, dimensi barang-barang modal dan tingkat tekonogi masih sangat kurang, dimensi sistem sosial dan sikap masyarakat sudah cukup baik, kemudian penulis menganalisis lebih lanjut dengan metode SWOT tetapi mengingat penelitian ini bukan penelitian final, maka analisis pengembangannya hanya diarahkan pada sektor pendidikan yang merupakan salah satu motor penggerak utama dari perekonomian negara. Kata Kunci: Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Faktor Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan SWOT Based on data from Wayakrui Village, the education level of the people of Wayakrui Village is still relatively low, where education is one of the main factors in economic growth. Therefore, there is a need for research on village economic growth. The purpose of the researchers here is to find out the factors that influence the economic growth of Wayakrui Village. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research location is in Wayakrui Village, Kalirejo District, Central Lampung Regency with a purposive sampling technique. This study uses data collection techniques: interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are, the factors that influence the economic growth of Wayakrui Village include: First, inadequate human resources. Second, the facilities and infrastructure as well as the level of technology are inadequate. Third, the village government's performance and programs are felt to be less than optimal. Based on the classical economic concept, the dimensions of land and natural wealth are good but there must be an increase, the dimensions of the number and quality of the population and labor are good, the dimensions of capital goods and the level of technology are still very lacking, the dimensions of the social system and people's attitudes are quite good , then the author analyzes further with the SWOT method but considering that this research is not final research, the development analysis is only directed at the education sector which is one of the main driving forces of the country's economy Keywords: Economic Growth, Economic Growth Factors and SWOT
