Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) konteks pelaksanaan program GLS, (2) input pelaksanaan program GLS, (3) proses pelaksanaan program GLS, dan (4) produk pelaksanaan program GLS di SMP IT Permata Bunda Islamic Boarding School. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data evaluasi pelaksanaan program GLS perspektif teori CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) konteks program GLS di SMP IT permata bunda islamic boarding school sudah cukup baik dilihat dari visi dan misi sekolah, tujuan program, dan kerjasama program yang sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa dan sekolah, (2) input program GLS dalam kesiapan sekolah, penjadwalan program, pemahan siswa dan guru terkait GLS, kompetensi guru, kualifikasi tim GLS tergolong sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan, namun untuk sarana dan prasarana pendukung belum cukup memadai, (3) proses pelaksanaan GLS, integrasi program, dukungan dan pelatihan yang diberikan sekolah sudah maksimal, namun terdapat kendala yaitu masih banyak guru yang belum memberikan pelayanan maksimal terhadap siswa, serta adanya ketidaksesuaian antara input dan proses dikarenakan perubahan pembelajaran akibat pandemic covid-19. (4) produk program GLS seperti kesesuaian target dan hasil, peningkatan minat baca dan prestasi, serta produk yang dihasilakan telah sesuai dengan tujuan utama program GLS. Kata Kunci : Evaluasi Program, Gerakan Literasi Sekolah, CIPP ABSTRACT EVALUATION OF THE SCHOOL LITERACY MOVEMENT PROGRAM CASE STUDY AT SMP IT PERMATA BUNDA ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL By Dian Anisa Fitri This study aims to find out: (1) the context of GLS program implementation, (2) GLS program implementation inputs, (3) GLS program implementation processes, and (4) GLS program implementation products at SMP IT Permata Bunda Islamic Boarding School. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a type of case study research. The data collected in this study is evaluation data on the implementation of the GLS program from the perspective of CIPP theory (Context, Input, Process, Product). Data collection is done by interview, documentation, and observation techniques. The results showed that: (1) the context of the GLS program at SMP IT Permata Bunda Islamic Boarding School was quite good in terms of the vision and mission of the school, program objectives, and program cooperation that was in accordance with the needs of students and schools, (2) GLS program input in school readiness, program scheduling, student and teacher training related to GLS, teacher competence, GLS team qualifications classified as in accordance with needs, However, the supporting facilities and infrastructure are not adequate, (3) the process of implementing GLS, program integration, support and training provided by schools has been maximized, but there are obstacles, namely that there are still many teachers who have not provided maximum service to students, and there is a mismatch between input and process due to changes in learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic. (4) GLS program products such as target and result suitability, increased reading interest and achievement, and the products produced are in accordance with the main objectives of the GLS program.
