Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan partisipatif, budaya sekolah, dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kompetensi pedagogik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif jenis ex post facto, dengan populasi sebesar 154. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pendidik SD di Kecamatan Abung Selatan. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan random sampling dengan sampel sebesar 111 pendidik SD se-Kecamatan Abung Selatan. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi sederhana dan uji regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan partisipatif terhadap kompetensi pedagogik, (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara budaya sekolah terhadap kompetensi pedagogik, (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi terhadap kompetensi pedagogik (4) kepemimpinan partisipatif, budaya sekolah dan motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi pedagogik. Kata kunci : kepemimpinan partisipatif, budaya sekolah, motivasi berprestasi, kompetensi pedagogik This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of principal participatory leadership, school culture, and achievement motivation on pedagogic competence. This study uses a quantitative approach with ex post facto type, with the population of 154. The population in this study were SD teachers in south abung district. The sample selection used random sampling with a sample of 111 SD teachers in south abung district. Data was collected by means of a questionnaire. Data analysis used simple regression test and multiple regression test. The results showed that (1) there is a positive and significant influence between participative leadership on pedagogic competence, (2) there is a positive and significant influence between school culture on pedagogic competence, (3) there is a positive and significant influence between achievement motivation on pedagogic competence, (4) participative leadership, school culture and achievement motivation have a positive and significant effect on pedagogic competence.
