Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Tanah merupakan lapisan teratas lapisan bumi dan memiliki ciri khas yang berbeda anatara suatu lokasi dan lokasi lainnya. Salah satu cara memperoleh hak atas tanah yaitu melalui program Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap. PTSL adalah program strategis nasional yang dilaksanakan oleh Kemetrian ATR/BPN dalam rangka percepatan kegiatan pendaftaran tanah di indonesia. Objek kegiatan PTSL dapat terukur dan terpetakan seluruhnya sehingga desa tersebut dapat menjadi desa lengkap. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah delineasi menggunakan citra satelit resolusi tinggi. Delineasi persil dilakukan overlay antara bidang tanah terdaftar dan batas administrasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini Desa Bumi Nabung Selatan mendapatkan nilai toleransi yaitu, toleransi selisih luas 100%, toleransi luas KW4, KW5, KW6 adalah 0.70%. dan toleransi jumlah KW4, KW5, KW6 adalah 0.48%. Bidang tanah yang terpetakan berjumlah 1.191 bidang tanah. Nilai Desa Lengkap di Desa Bumi Nabung Selatan adalah 85.24%. berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini data yang dibutuhkan untuk mendapat nilai desa lengkap adalah persil bidang yang sudah tervalidasi, batas wilayah, dan buku tanah. Serta indikator – indikator yang digunakan untuk mendapat nilai desa lengkap yaitu persentase luas persil valid, persentase buku tanah, dan persentase warkah buku tanah. Kata kunci: Tanah, PTSL, Desa Lengkap Soil is the top layer of the earth's layer and has different characteristics between one location and another. One way to obtain land rights is through the Complete Systematic Land Registration program. PTSL is a national strategic program implemented by the Ministry of ATR/BPN in order to accelerate land registration activities in Indonesia. PTSL activity objects can be measured and mapped entirely so that the village can become a complete village. The method used in this study is delineation using high-resolution satellite imagery. The parcel delineation is done by overlay between the registered land parcels and administrative boundaries. The results of this study in Bumi Nabung Selatan Village obtained a tolerance value, namely, the tolerance for the difference in area was 100%, the tolerance for area KW4, KW5, KW6 was 0.70%. and the tolerance of the amount of KW4, KW5, KW6 is 0.48%. The mapped land parcels totaled 1,191 land parcels. The complete village value in Bumi Nabung Selatan is 85.24%. based on the result of this study the data needed to obtain a complete village value are parcels that have been validated, area boundries, and land books. As well the indikators used to obtain a complete village value, namely the percentage of valid parcel areas, the persentage of land books, and the percentage of land certificates.
