Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar IPS peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 8 Metro Timur dan pendidik belum optimal menggunakan media pembelajaran audio visual. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran audio visual terhadap hasil belajar IPS peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 8 Metro Timur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Quasi Experimental Design dan data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif berupa desain penelitian Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dan populasi sebanyak 57 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan teknik tes dan non tes. Analisis data hipotesis menggunakan rumus uji t-test dengan thitung = 7,364 > ttabel = 2,021. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran audio visual terhadap hasil belajar IPS peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 8 Metro Timur tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Kata kunci: audio visual, hasil belajar, IPS. The problem in this study was the low social studies learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SD Negeri 8 Metro Timur and educators have not optimally used audio-visual learning media. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of the use of audio-visual learning media on social studies learning outcomes for fourth grade students at SD Negeri 8 Metro Timur. This type of research is experimental research. The research method use in this study is Quasi Experimental Design and the data used is quantitative data in the form of a NonEquivalent Control Group Design research design. This study used a nonprobability sampling technique and a population of fifty-seven students. Data collection techniques with test and non-test techniques. Hypothesis data analysis using the t-test formulaa with tcount = 7.364 > ttable = 2.021. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of the use of audio-visual learning media on social studies learning outcomes for fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 8 Metro Timur in the 2022/2023 learning year.
