Abstract

Pasar saham sangat penting dalam perekonomian dan pengembalian saham berfungsi sebagai indikator kunci untuk pengambilan keputusan investasi. Informasi akuntansi dalam laporan keuangan memegang peranan penting dalam membentuk pasar saham yang efisien. Dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan korporasi tahun 2020, pendekatan studi yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif. Investor perlu memperhatikan informasi akuntansi dalam laporan keuangan untuk pengambilan keputusan investasi yang lebih bijak. Perusahaan perlu memajukan fitur pengungkapan akuntansi dalam akun tahunan untuk meningkatkan koherensi pasar saham dan mendorong pertumbuhan yang lebih baik di masa depan. Kata Kunci : Return Saham, Return on Assets (ROA), Earning per Share (EPS), Debt to Equiry Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR) The stock market is crucial in the economy and stock returns serve as a key indicator for investment decision-making. Accounting information in financial statements plays an important role in shaping an efficient stock market. Using secondary data from 2020 financial statements of corporations, the study approach employed was a descriptive analytical method. Investors need to pay attention to accounting information in financial statements for wiser investment decisionmaking. Companies need to advance the feature of accounting disclosure in annual accounts to enhance the coherence of the stock market and promote better growth in the future.
