ABSTRACT PUBLIC PERCEPTION OF NO-SMOKING AREA AT RAJABASA TERMINAL IN 2022 The condition of cigarette sales in Indonesia continues to increase, as well as the number of cigarette consumption, child smoking and deaths from smoking are increasing. Cigarette sales in 2021 increased 7.2% from 2020, namely from 276.2 billion sticks to 296.2 billion sticks. The City of Bandar Lampung has established a KTR Policy in 2018. By issuing the Regional Regulation of the City of Bandar Lampung No. 5 of 2018 concerning Smoke Free Areas. It is written in article 11 that everyone is prohibited from smoking in public places, especially at the Rajabasa terminal location. The aim is to find out the evaluation of the KTR Policy at Rajabasa Terminal, Bandar Lampung City. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, the research location is in the type A terminal in the city of Bandar Lampung. Selection of samples using convenience sampling and informants in this study amounted to 6 informants, data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and field observations. The results of this study are that the Non-Smoking Area in Rajabasa Terminal is in the not good category and the government's appeal has not been maximized making it difficult to achieve the goals of the Non-Smoking Area Policy (KTR), especially with the goal of suppressing the growth rate of beginner smokers, namely minors. Keywords: Non-Smoking Area (KTR), Rajabasa Terminal ABSTRAK PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT TERHADAP KAWASAN TANPA ROKOK (KTR) DI TERMINAL RAJABASA TAHUN 2022 Oleh A FAJRI PRATAMA Kondisi penjualan rokok di Indonesia masih terus meningkat, begitupun dengan jumlah konsumsi rokok, perokok anak dan kematian akibat rokok kian meningkat. Penjualan rokok pada Tahun 2021 meningkat 7,2% dari Tahun 2020, yakni dari 276,2 miliar batang menjadi 296,2 miliar batang. Kota Bandar Lampung telah menetapkan Kebijakan KTR pada Tahun 2018. Dengan menerbitkan Peraturan Daerah Kota Bandar Lampung No 5 Tahun 2018 tentang Kawasan Tanpa Rokok. Tertulis dalam pasal 11 bahwa setiap orang dilarang merokok ditempat umum terutama di lokasi terminal rajabasa.Tujuan untuk mengetahui evaluasi Kebijakan KTR di Terminal Rajabasa Kota Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriftif , lokasi penelitian di terminal tipe A di kota Bandar Lampung. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling serta informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 6 informan, teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi lapangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Kawasan Bebas Merokok di Terminal Rajabasa pada kategori belum baik dan belum maksimalnya himbauan dari pemerintah membuat tujuan dari Kebijakan Kawasan Tanpa Rokok (KTR) sulit tercapai terlebih lagi pada tujuan untuk menekan angka pertumbuhan perokok pemula yakni anak dibawah umur.
