Pengarsipan merupakan suatu proses penyimpanan dokumen atau informasi secara teratur dan sistematis untuk memudahkan pencarian dan penggunaannya di kemudian hari. Prosedur pengarsipan yang tepat menjadi acuan untuk kelangsungan hidup arsip yang disimpan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prosedur pengarsipan slip pengeluaran perusahaan pada bagian finance di PT MPX Logistics International. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang didapat setelah penulis melakukan penelitian dan pengamatan ialah prosedur pengarsipan slip pengeluaran perusahaan bagian finance pada PT MPX Logistics International masih kurang baik penyimpanannya. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hambatan dan kesulitan yang dialami masih terdapat arsip yang hilang serta sulitnya penemuan kembali arsip yang telah disimpan karena sistem yang dipakai adalah manual dan tidak terkomputerisasi merupakan masalah yang harus diatasi. Oleh karena itu, sistem penyimpanan arsip masih perlu perbaikan agar tidak menimbulkan permasalahan seperti yang telah disebutkan. Kata Kunci : Prosedur Pengarsipan, Slip Pengeluaran, Sistem Penyimpanan. Archiving is a process of storing documents or information regularly and systematically to facilitate search and use in the future. Proper archiving procedures are a reference for the survival of archives that are stored. This study aims to find out how the procedure for filing company expense slips in the finance department at PT MPX Logistics International. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation and documentation. The research results obtained after the authors conducted research and observations were that the procedure for filing expense slips for the company's finance department at PT MPX Logistics International was still not properly stored. This can be seen from the obstacles and difficulties experienced, where there are still missing archives and the difficulty of recovering archives that have been stored because the system used is manual and not computerized is a problem that must be overcome. Therefore, the archive storage system still needs improvement so as not to cause problems as mentioned. Keywords : Filing Procedure, Expenditure Slip, Storage System.
