Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh supervisi akademik, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan guru secara parsial dan simultan terhadap profesionalitas guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis ex post facto. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu 142 guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Banjit, dengan menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga terpilih 105 guru sebagai sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda, yang sebelumnya telah dilakukan uji prasyarat regresi yaitu uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, multikolinieritas, dan linieritas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif supervisi akademik terhadap profesionalitas guru (2) terdapat pengaruh positif motivasi kerja terhadap profesionalitas guru (3) terdapat pengaruh positif kepuasan guru terhadap profesionalitas guru (4) terdapat pengaruh positif supervisi akademik, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan guru terhadap profesionalitas guru. ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF ACADEMIC SUPERVISION, WORK MOTIVATION AND TEACHER SATISFACTION ON TEACHER PROFESSIONALITY By SURYA PURNAMA PUTRA The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of academic supervision, work motivation and teacher satisfaction partially and simultaneously on teacher professionalism. This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of ex post facto. The population in this study were 142 state junior high school teachers in Banjit District, using the slovin formula so that 105 teachers were selected as the sample. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis used simple regression and multiple regression, which had previously been carried out regression prerequisite tests, namely the normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity, and linearity. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a positive effect of academic supervision on teacher professionalism (2) there is a positive effect of work motivation on teacher professionalism (3) there is a positive effect of teacher satisfaction on teacher professionalism (4) there is a positive effect of academic supervision, work motivation and teacher satisfaction on teacher professionalism.
