Abstract
Fish medicine premix preparations are a mixture of one or more active substances produced from organic and inorganic materials which are mixed in feed as additives and supplements. Quality testing of fish medicine is not only done at registrated, but also carried out at any time to monitor the quality content of fish medicine in circulation. This research aimed to study the consistency vitamins B1 and B6 level in fish medicine premix preparations with the category of drugs that have been registered by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling method. Analysis of vitamins B1 and B6 used HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography). The results of the consistency test obtained one product did not meet the requirements for the parameter of vitamin B1 content. Meanwhile, the other samples with parameter B6 have stable results.
