Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji : (1) tingkat efisiensi produksi usahatani padi sawah pada lahan irigasi teknis dan lahan tadah hujan (2) tingkat pendapatan usahatani padi sawah pada lahan irigasi teknis dan lahan tadah hujan (3) risiko usahatani padi sawah pada lahan irigasi teknis dan di lahan tadah hujan (4) perilaku petani terhadap risiko pada usahatani padi sawah pada lahan irigasi teknis dan lahan tadah hujan (5) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku petani dalam menghadapi risiko pada usahatani padi sawah di lahan irigasi teknis dan lahan tadah hujan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada dua desa, yaitu Desa Bandan Hurip dan Desa Mekar Mulya Kecamatan Palas, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan dengan sengaja. Responden terdiri dari petani padi sawah yang dipilih secara acak dengan responden sebanyak 33 petani padi lahan irigasi teknis dan 47 petani padi lahan tadah hujan dengan total petani sebanyak 80 petani. Tujuan pertama dianalisis dengan fungsi produksi frontier, tujuan kedua dianalisis dengan uji beda pendapatan usahatani, tujuan ketiga dianalisis uji beda koefisien variasi, tujuan keempat dianalisis dengan Teknik Bernaoulli dan Neuman Morgaenstern, dan tujuan kelima dianalisis dengan regresi binary logit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) terdapat perbedaan tingkat efisiensi teknis usahatani padi pada kedua macam irigasi. Tingkat efisiensi teknis pada MT 1 sebesar 76,33 persen untuk lahan irigasi teknis dan 67,09 persen pada lahan tadah hujan, MT 2 tingkat efisiensi pada lahan irigasi teknis sebesar 87, 81 persen dan pada lahan tadah hujan sebesar 69,26 persen. (2) pendapatan petani padi sawah pada lahan irigasi teknis lebih besar daripada pendapatan petani padi lahan tadah hujan. (3) risiko produksi, harga, dan pendapatan yang dihadapi petani padi sawah pada lahan irigasi teknis berbeda nyata dengan lahan sawah tadah hujan. (4) sebagian besar petani padi sawah berperilaku netral terhadap risiko. (5) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi prilaku petani terhadap risiko usahatani padi sawah pada lahan irigasi teknis dan lahan tadah hujan adalah jumlah tanggungan keluarga, pendapatan dan jenis pengairan. Kata kunci : efisiensi produksi, pendapatan, risiko dan perilaku ABSTRACT The research aims to assess : (1) analyze the level of production’s efficiency rice farming in the technical irrigation land and in the rainfed. (2) the level of rice farming income in the technical irrigation land and in the rainfed, (3) the level of risk of rice in the technical irrigation land and in the rainfed,(4) the behavior of farmers againts the risk of rice farming in the technical irrigation land and in the rainfed,(5) the impact of the factors on the behavior of farmers againtst the risk of rice farming in the technical irrigation land and in the rainfed. The research was conducted in two villages. There are Bandan Hurip Village and Mekar Mulya Village, Palas Subdistrict of South Lampung Regency. This location is chosen purposively. Respondents are rice farmers were taken by simple random sampling with 33 rice farmers in irrigation lands technical and 47 rice farmers in rainfed with total respondent were 80 farmers. The first goal was analyzed using frontier production function. The second goal was analyzed using diffrent test of farm income. The third goal was analyzed using different test of coefficient variation. The fourth goal using Bernaoulli and Neumann Morgenstern Techniques, and the fifth goal was analyzed by binary logit regression . The results showed that : (1) differences in the level of production’s efficiency of rice farming in both types of irrigation. The level of production’s efficiency in the planting season 1 by 76.33 percent for technical irrigation land and by 67,09 percent for rainfed. while in the planting season2 at the level of efficiency of technical irrigation land by 87, 81 percent and at rainfed by 69,26 percent. (2) income of rice farmers on technical irrigation land is greater than income rainfed rice farmers.(3) Risk of production, price, and revenue facing rice farmers in irrigated lands technical significantly different from rainfed areas. (4) Most of the rice farmers neutral behavior towards risk. (5) The factors that influence the behavior of farmers against the risk of rice farming on land irrigated and rainfed technical is the number of dependents, income and type of irrigation.
