This study aims to analyze the income of beef cattle breeding business, analyze the cost structure of beef cattle production, analyze the implementation of beef cattle rearing management, and analyze differences in income in each group in the Maju Sejahtera Cattle Production Cooperative. This research was carried out in each group in the Maju Sejahtera Cattle Production Cooperative located in Tanjung Sari District, South Lampung Regency. Location determination is done purposively. The first analysis uses income analysis, the second objective analysis uses cost analysis, namely fixed costs and variable costs, qualitative descriptive analysis, and the Kruskal Wallis test. The results obtained in this study are that all groups in the Maju Sejahtera Cattle Production Cooperative are already profitable in terms of the R/C value of more than 1. The largest cost for depreciation of the cage is incurred by the Barokah Jaya and Sumber Rezeki groups with a contribution to the total production cost of 2 .57 and 2.65 percent. The biggest variable cost was incurred by the Bumi Asih Sejahtera group, namely the cost of feeder cattle with a percentage of 91.35 percent. A good maintenance management system in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for raising cattle in the aspects of pen sanitation, feeding, housing, animal health and disease management, as well as the mating system is carried out by is carried out by the Bumi Asih Sejahtera, Sudi Makmur 2, and Sudi Makmur 3 groups. The results of the Kruskal Wallis test showed that there was no significant difference in income between the beef cattle business groups in Maju Sejahtera Cattle Production Cooperative. Keywords: Revenue, cost structure, maintenance management Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendapatan usaha peternakan sapi potong, menganalisis struktur biaya produksi sapi potong, menganalisis penerapan manajemen pemeliharaan sapi potong, dan menganalisis perbedaan pendapatan di masing-masing kelompok di Koperasi Produksi Ternak Maju Sejahtera. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di masing-masing kelompok di Koperasi Produksi Ternak Maju Sejahtera yang terdapat di Kecamatan Tanjung Sari, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Penentuan lokasi dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive). Analisis pertama menggunakan analisis pendapatan, analisis tujuan kedua menggunakan analisis biaya yaitu biaya tetap (fixed cost) dan biaya tidak tetap (variable cost), analisis deskriptif kualitatif, dan Uji beda Kruskal Wallis. Hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelompok yang ada di Koperasi Produksi Ternak Maju Sejahtera sudah menguntungkan dilihat dari nilai R/C yang lebih dari 1. Biaya penyusutan kandang terbesar dikeluarkan oleh kelompok Barokah Jaya dan Sumber Rezeki dengan kontribusi terhadap total biaya produksi sebesar 2,57 dan sebesar 2,65 persen. Biaya variabel terbesar dikeluarkan oleh kelompok Bumi Asih Sejahtera yaitu biaya bakalan sapi dengan persentase sebesar 91,35 persen. Sistem manajemen pemeliharaan yang sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) pemeliharaan ternak pada aspek sanitasi kandang, pemberian pakan, perkandangan, kesehatan hewan dan penanganan penyakit, serta sistem perkawinan dilakukan oleh kelompok Bumi Asih Sejahtera, Sudi Makmur 2, dan Sudi Makmur 3. Hasil uji beda Kruskal Wallis menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan pendapatan yang signifikan pada kelompok usaha ternak sapi potong di Koperasi Produksi Ternak Maju Sejahtera.
