Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui pelaksanaan Program KPB di Kecamatan Gadingrejo (2) menganalisis tingkat adopsi dan variabel yang mempnegaruhi tingkat adopsi inovasi pelaksanaan Program KPB, (3) menganalisis tingkat partisipasi petani dan variabel yang mempengaruhi tingkat partisipasi petani pelaksanaan Program KPB, dan (4) menganalisis pengaruh tingkat adopsi inovasi terhadap partisipasi petani pada pelaksanaan Program KPB. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2021 - Januari 2022. Responden adalah 46 perwakilan kelompok tani di 6 desa yang berbeda di Kecamatan Gadingrejo. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis survey dan data dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pelaksanaan Program KPB di Kecamatan Gadingrejo belum berjalan sebagaimana mestinya, karena masih terdapat kendala terkait pemahaman petani, (2) tingkat adopsi inovasi petani dalam pelaksanaan Program KPB masih dikategorikan sedang dan variabel yang mempengaruhi tingkat adopsi inovasi adalah usia petani, tingkat pendidikan, serta peran penyuluh dalam mendampingi petani dalam pelaksanaan Program KPB, (3) tingkat partisipasi petani dalam pelaksanaan Program KPB dikategorikan sedang dan variabel yang mempengaruhi partisipasi petani adalah usia petani, tingkat pendidikan, tingkat penerimaan usahatani, dan peran penyuluh, dan (4) tingkat adopsi inovai petani berpengaruh terhadap pelaksanaan Program KPB di Kecamatan Gadingrejo. Kata kunci: Program KPB, adopsi inovasi, partisipasi petani This study aims to: (1) determine the implementation of the KPB Program in Gadingrejo sub-District (2) analyze the rate of adoption of innovations and analyze the variables that affect the increasing adoption of innovations in the implementation of the Program KPB, (3) analyze the level of participation of farmers and analyze the variables that affect the level of farmer participation in implementing the Program KPB and (4) analyze the effect of the level of innovation adoption on farmer participation in the implementation of the Program KPB. Data collection in this study was carried out in August 2021 - January 2022. Respondents were 46 representatives of farmer groups in 6 different villages in Gadingrejo sub-District. This study used survey analysis and data were analyzed descriptively with a quantitative approach. The results showed that: (1) the implementation of the Program KPB in Gadingrejo sub-District had not run as it should, because there were still obstacles related to farmers' understanding, (2) the level of adoption of farmer innovations in the implementation of the Program KPB is still in the moderate category and the variables that affected the adoption of innovation were the farmer's age, education level, and the role of extension agents in assisting farmers in the implementation of the Program KPB, (3) the level of participation of farmers in the implementation of the Program KPB is categorized as moderate and the variables that affect farmer participation are the farmer's age, level of education, farm income level and the role of extension workers, and (4) the level of adoption of farmer innovations has an effect on the implementation of the Program KPB in Gadingrejo sub-District.
