The objectives of this research are to analyze factors that affect the number of tourist visits, the economic value of Tanjung Pasir tourism area, and the impact of Tanjung Pasir Beach tourism on the economy of communities around Tangerang Regency. Furthermore, the research used in this study is a survey method with 77 respondents as visitors, 15 businessmen respondents, and 1 tourism manager respondent. The research location was chosen purposively in the Tanjung Pasir Beach. The date collection was carried out from January to February 2023. The data analysis methods used in this research are travel cost analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, calculation of the economic value, and the value of the multiplier impact. The result of travel expenses of visitors to Tanjung Pasir beach tourism area are Rp102.493,51 per individual per visit. The factors affecting the number of visits to Tanjung Pasir beach are distance, age, income, travel costs, facilities, and infrastructure. The economic value of Tanjung Pasir Beach tourism based on the travel costs method is Rp44.801.325.052 per year. Moreover, the economic impact of Tanjung Pasir beach tourism is estimated using the keynesian multiplier effect, where the direct impact is Rp193.031.663,83 per month, the indirect impact is Rp116.505.417,50 per month, and induced impact is Rp80.166.666,67 per month. Then, the keynesian income multiplier value is 0,04, the type I income multiplier ratio value is 1,60 and the type II income multiplier ratio value is 2,02. Keywords: economic impact, economic value, travel cost Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi jumlah kunjungan, nilai ekonomi wisata dan dampak wisata Pantai Tanjung Pasir terhadap perekonomian masyarakat sekitar di Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan jumlah responden pengunjung 77, responden pelaku usaha 15 dan responden pengelola wisata 1 orang. Penentuan lokasi dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive) di wisata bahari Pantai Tanjung Pasir. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari hingga Februari 2023. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis biaya perjalanan, analisis regresi linier berganda, perhitungan nilai ekonomi dan analisis dampak pengganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan biaya perjalanan yang dikeluarkan pengunjung ke wisata Pantai Tanjung Pasir adalah sebesar Rp102.493,51 per individu per kunjungan. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi jumlah kunjungan wisata Pantai Tanjung Pasir terdiri dari jarak, umur, pendapatan, biaya perjalanan, sarana dan prasarana. Nilai ekonomi wisata Pantai Tanjung Pasir dengan menggunakan biaya perjalanan adalah sebesar Rp44.801.325.052 per tahun. Dampak ekonomi wisata Pantai Tanjung Pasir diestimasi dengan menggunakan efek pengganda (keynesian multiplier), dimana dampak langsung sebesar Rp193.031.663,83 per bulan, dampak tidak langsung sebesar Rp116.505.417,50 per bulan, dan dampak lanjutan sebesar Rp80.166.666,67 per bulan. Nilai keynesian income multiplier yaitu, 0,04, nilai ratio income multiplier tipe 1 yaitu 1,60 dan nilai ratio income multiplier tipe 2 yaitu 2,02.
