Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

ASN atau abdi negara merupakan aparatur sipil yang memiliki kewenangan serta kewajiband alam menjaga ketertiban masyarakat. Seoranag abdi negara memiliki citra dimata masyarakat. Citra bisa berubah sepanjang perilaku subjek. Citra abdi negara dalam penanganan demonstran dianggap sangat buruk sehingga banyak media sosial yang memanfaatkan momen tersebut. Akun Twitter @txtdrberseragam merupakan akun yang mendedikasikan diri untuk menyebarluaskan perilaku “oknum berseragam” di Indonesia melalui teknik framing. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah bagaimana akun @txtdrberseragam melakukan framing dalam membentuk konstruksi realitas profesi abdi negara khususnya kepolisian melalui cuitan-cuitan akun Twitter @txtdrberseragam saat mengisukan peristiwa demonstrasi penolakan Omnibus Law UU Cipta Kerja tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa studi kepustakaan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Akun Twitter @txtdrberseragam membentuk suatu realitas berupa citra negatif terhadap profesi abdi negara. Realitas ini muncul di tengah masyarakat, diserap atau diterima oleh masyarakat dan diyakini sebagai suatu kebenaran di luar kesadaran. Dalam penelitian ini, warganet menggunakan realitas yang terbentuk dari akun Twitter @txtdrberseragam tersebut sebagai suatu moral judgement atau penilaian moral atau citra terhadap kehadiran profesi abdi negara. Kata kunci : Abdi Negara; Konstruksi Sosial; Citra; Twitter ASN or state servant is a civil apparatus that has the authority and obligation to maintain public order. A state servant has an image in the eyes of society. The image can change throughout the subject's behavior. The image of state servants in handling demonstrators is considered so bad that many social media take advantage of the moment. The Twitter account @txtdrberseragam is an account that dedicates itself to disseminating the behavior of "people in uniform" in Indonesia through framing techniques. The purpose of this study is how the @txtdrberseragam account performs framing in shaping the construction of the reality of the state service profession, especially the police through the tweets of the @txtdrberseragam Twitter account when rumoring the events of the demonstration against the Omnibus Law on Job Creation Law in 2020. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques in the form of literature study, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the Twitter account @txtdrberseragam formed a reality in the form of a negative image of the state service profession. This reality appears in society, is absorbed or accepted by society and is believed to be the truth outside of consciousness. In this study, citizens use the reality formed from the @txtdrberseragam Twitter account as a moral judgment or moral judgment or image of the presence of the state service profession.
