Salah satu faktor keberhasilan suatu instansi di era perkembangan zaman terletak pada sumber daya manusia yang displin, berkualitas, giat, dan mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungan kerja. Kualitas sumber daya manusia ditentukan oleh sejauh mana sistem di bidang sumber daya manusia ini sanggup menunjang dan sanggup memuaskan keinginan pegawai dan perusahaan. Peningkatan skill, perubahan sikap, perilaku, koreksi terhadap kekurangan kinerja dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan produktivitas melalui pelatihan dan motivasi dari pimpinan atau perusahaan. Hal ini membuat penulis tertarik menggunakan judul Tugas Akhir “Strategi Pengembangan Mutu Sumber Daya Manusia Pada Kantor Pusat PT. Keong Nusantara Abadi” tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan strategi yang digunakan pada Kantor Pusat PT. Keong Nusantara Abadi. Hasil pembahasan menunjukan Kantor Pusat PT. Keong Nusantara Abadi memberikan pelatihan kepada pegawai, memberikan apresiasi kepada karyawan, serta brainstorming ide. Kata Kunci: Peningkatan, Kualitas, Sumber Daya Manusia One of the factors for the success of an agency in the era of development lies in human resources who are disciplined, qualified, enterprising, and able to adapt to the work environment. The quality of human resources is determined by the extent to which the system in the field of human resources is able to support and satisfy the desires of employees and the company. Improvement of skills, changes in attitudes, behavior, correction of performance deficiencies are needed to improve performance and productivity through training and motivation from leaders or companies. This made the writer interested in the title of the Final Project "Strategy for Developing the Quality of Human Resources at the Head Office of PT. Keong Nusantara Abadi” this final project aims to identify and describe the strategy used at the Head Office of PT. Keong Nusantara Abadi. The results of the discussion show that the Head Office of PT. Keong Nusantara Abadi provides training to employees, gives appreciation to employees, and brainstorms ideas.
