Abstrak

Abstrak Evaluasi Kemampuan Sekolah Menggali Dana Dari Masyarakat Untuk Peningkatan Kualitas Pembelajarandi SMPN 7 Bandar Lampung Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP N 7 Bandarlampung, fokus penelitian ini ialah kemampuan sekolah menggali dana dari masyarakat dalam upaya peningkatan mutu Pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah evaluatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi, angket, dan wawancara dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif Kesimpulan hasil penelitian adalah (1) upaya penggalian dana perlu ditingkatkan baik dari Komite Sekolah, Dinas Pendidikan Kota, Dinas Pendidikan Propinsi maupun dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara atau Departemen Pendidikan Pusat. (2) Pengelolaan bantuan belum maksimal karena partisipasi masyarakat dalam cara berpartisipasi kurang bervariasi. (3) Kualitas pembelajaran di SMP N 7 Bandarlampung belum maksimal hal ini terlihat proses pembelajaran masih didominasi oleh guru. Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan bantuan, kualitas pembelajaran Absrtact School Ability Evaluation In Exploring Funds From Society In An Effort To Improve The Quality Of Education In State Juniior High School 7 Bandar Lampung. This research was conducted in State Junior High School 7 Bandar Lampung. The research was focused on school ability to explore funds from society in an effort to improve the quality of education. The method of this research was evaluative, data was gained by observation, questionnaire and interview analyzed by quantitative descriptive. The results of this research were (1) efforts in exploring funds need to be improved from school committee, city education department, province education department, and from state revenues and expenditures budget or central education department. (2) Management of assistance was not maximum because of the participation of society in a way to participate is less varying. (3) Learning Quality in State Junior High School 7 Bandar Lampung is not maximum it can be seen from the learning process is still dominated by the teacher.
