Abstrak

Abatrak Senyawa difeniltimah(IV) diklorida merupakan zat kimia yang termasuk kelompok senyawa organologam timah. Senyawa difeniltimah(IV) diklorida telah diteliti sebagai obat antikanker. Pada penelitian ini, telah dilakukan analisis senyawa difeniltimah(IV) diklorida menggunakan metode voltammetri. Metode ini digunakan karena memiliki sensitivitas, akurasi dan presisi tinggi serta limit deteksi yang baik. Uji terhadap metode analisis dilakukan dengan cara divariasikan konsentrasi larutan standar difeniltimah(IV) diklorida dengan variasi elektroda kerja fabrikasi, modifikasi dan modifikasi nanopartikel emas, kemudian diamati secara voltammetri siklis dan gelombang persegi pada jendela potensial +700 mV sampai +1400 mV dengan laju selusur 100 mV/detik. Validasi metode analisis dikaji dengan menggunakan parameter linieritas, limit deteksi, presisi dan akurasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa voltammetri siklik(LOD: 1,70x10-10 M; r = 0,998; SD: 1,680) dan voltammetri gelombang persegi (LOD: 2,10x10-10 M; r = 0,998; SD: 1,130) dengan menggunakan elektroda modifikasi nanopartikel lebih baik dibandingkan dengan elektroda fabrikasi dan modifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik voltammetri gelombang persegi memberikan hasil yang lebih baik daripada teknik voltammetri siklik. Abstract Diphenyltin(IV) dichloride compound is a chemical substance that belongs to a group of organotin(IV) compounds. Diphenyltin(IV) dichloride compound has been tested as an anticancer drug. In this research, it has been performed an analysis of diphenyltin(IV) dichloride compound using the voltammetry method. This method was chosen due to its sensitivity, accuracy, high precision and good detection limits. The test of the analysis method was performed by varying the concentration of standard solution of diphenyltin(IV) dichloride with variations of gold working electrode: fabrication, modification and modification of nanoparticles by cyclic voltammetry and square wave at potential window +700 mV to +1400 mV with scan rate 100 mV/s. The validation of analytical methods was assessed jue to: linearity, limit of detection, precision and accuracy. The results showed that the cyclic voltammetry has (LOD : 1.70 x 10-10 M;r = 0.998; SD: 1.680) and square wave voltammetry (LOD: 2.10x10-10 M;r = 0.998; SD: 1.130) with using nanoparticles modified electrode is better than fabrication electrode and modification electrode. The results observed indicated that the square wave voltammetry was better than the cyclic voltammetry.
