Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja produksi Agroindustri Kopi Bubuk Klangenan di Kabupaten Pringsewu, dan prospek kopi bubuk yang dihasilkan oleh Agroindustri Kopi Bubuk Klangenan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Agroindustri Kopi Bubuk Klangenan, menggunakan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Mei hingga Juni 2022. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Kinerja produksi dan prospek produksi kopi bubuk di Agroindustri Kopi Bubuk Klangenan dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Kinerja produksi dianalisis dengan cara memaparkan hasil olah data berdasarkan wawancara. Prospek produksi dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode trend. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja produksi Agroindustri Kopi Bubuk Klangenan di Kabupaten Pringsewu pada aspek kecepatan pengiriman, kecepatan proses dan fleksibilitas sudah dilakukan dengan baik. Kapasitas pada agroindustri adalah 0,71 atau 71 %. Kualitas produk sudah mendapatkan P-IRT dan sesuai dengan SNI kopi bubuk Nr 01-3542-2004. Sedangkan untuk aspek produktivitas mesin ayak dan mesin roasting belum memenuhi kapasitas mesin, produktivitas pada mesin ayak adalah 320 kg/jam dan produktivitas mesin roasting adalah 225 kg/jam. Berdasarkan data analisis trend produksi kopi bubuk pada Agroindustri Kopi Bubuk Klangenan dari bulan Juli sampai dengan bulan Desember tahun 2022 prospeknya kurang baik, karena produksi kopi bubuk mengalami penurunan. This research was conducted in the Klangenan Ground Coffee Agroindustry, using the case study method. Data collection was carried out from May to June 2022. The data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive. Production performance and production prospects of ground coffee in Klangenan Ground Coffee Agro-industry were analyzed descriptively qualitatively and quantitatively. Production performance was analyzed by presenting the results of data processing based on interviews. Production prospects are analyzed using the trend method. The results of this study indicate that the production performance of the Klangenan Ground Coffee Agroindustry in Pringsewu Regency in the aspects of delivery speed, processing speed and flexibility has been carried out well. Capacity in agro-industry is 0.71 or 71%. Product quality has received P-IRT and complies with SNI ground coffee Nr 01-3542-2004. Meanwhile, the productivity aspects of the sieve machine and roasting machine have not met the capacity of the machine, the productivity of the sieve machine is 320 kg/hour and the productivity of the roasting machine is 225 kg/hour. Based on analysis data on the trend of ground coffee production in the Klangenan Ground Coffee Agroindustry from July to December 2022 the prospects are not good, because ground coffee production has decreased.
