Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of corporate restructuring on corporate financial performance. This analysis uses independent variables, namely Debt Restructuring, Divestments, Acquisitions, BOPO and Layoffs. The dependent variable is the company's financial performance as measured by ROE. The sample for this research is BUMN companies that are listed on the BUMN priority list in 2021. The sample for this research is 11 companies selected by the purposive sampling method. The statistical method uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study conclude that Debt Restructuring as measured through DER and BOPO has a negative effect on DER, divestment has a positive effect on DER, while Acquisitions and layoffs have no effect on DER company Keyword : Corporate restructuring, financial performance, debt restructuring, divestment, acquisitions, BOPO, layoffs, BUMN. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh restrukturisasi perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Analisis ini menggunakan variabel independen yaitu Restrukturisasi Hutang, Divestasi, Akuisisi, BOPO dan PHK. Variabel dependen adalah kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang diukur dengan ROE. Sampel penelitian ini adalah perusahaan BUMN yang masuk daftar prioritas BUMN tahun 2021. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 11 perusahaan yang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode statistik menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Restrukturisasi Utang yang diukur melalui DER dan BOPO berpengaruh negatif terhadap DER, divestasi berpengaruh positif terhadap DER, sedangkan Akuisisi dan PHK tidak berpengaruh terhadap DER perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Restrukturisasi perusahaan, kinerja keuangan, restrukturisasi hutang, divestasi, akuisisi, BOPO, PHK, BUMN.
