World Happiness Report adalah publikasi dari Jaringan Solusi Pembangunan Berkelanjutan, didukung oleh data Gallup World Poll. World Happiness Report mencerminkan permintaan dunia untuk lebih memperhatikan kebahagiaan dan kesejahteraan sebagai kriteria kebijakan pemerintah. Kesejahteraan adalah konsep atau abstraksi yang digunakan untuk merujuk pada apa pun yang dinilai dalam evaluasi dari situasi kehidupan seseorang. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) merupakan penyederhanaan teratur dari tindakan yang saling terkait untuk menemukan faktor atau struktur yang mendasi suatu set variabel pengamatan. Jumlah faktor ditentukan oleh nilai eigen, scree plot,dan parallel analysis dengan hasil berturut-turut menghasilkan jumlah faktor sebanyak 2,3, dan 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan EFA dengan ekstraksi principal factor dan rotasi promax mengidentifikasi 3 faktor dari 9 variabel pengamatan, dengan nama faktor yaitu: “Life Affect” ,“Assessment of Government”, dan “Feeling of life”. Menggunakan ekstraksi principal factor didapat nilai TLI dan RMS yaitu 0,8451041 dan 0,03629433 yang berarti bahwa hasil yang didapatkan cukup baik. Kata Kunci : World Happiness Report, Kesejahteraan, Exploratory Factor Analysis abstract The World Happiness Report is a publication of Sustainable Development Solutions Network, powered by Gallup World Poll data. The World Happiness Report reflects the global demand for more attention to happiness and well-being as criteria for government policy. Well-being is a concept or abstraction used to refer to anything that is valued in the evaluation of a person's living situation. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) is an ordering simplification of interrelated measures to find factors or structures that underlie a set of observed variables. The number of factors is determined by eigenvalues, scree plots, and parallel analysis with the results in several factor of 2, 3, and 3, respectively. The results showed that EFA with principal factor extraction and Promax rotation identified 3 factor from 9 observation variables, with factor names namely: "Life Affect", "Assessment of Government", and "Feeling of life". Using principal factor extraction, the TLI and RMS values are 0.8451041 and 0.03629433, which means that the results obtaining are quite good.
