ABSTRACT Economic development at the village level is a crucial issue in achieving the welfare of rural communities. The Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) play a strategic role in fostering local economic growth. In the digital era, leveraging E-SAMDES technology becomes an appropriate choice to support efficiency and transparency in village financial management. Aligned with this, the Tetrapreneur Model emphasizing entrepreneurship, empowerment, sustainability, and self-reliance serves as a foundation to strengthen the role of BUMDes. A case study of UPTD 4 Lampung Tengah, a technical implementing unit in Lampung Province, exemplifies the implementation of the Tetrapreneur Model and E-SAMDES to boost the village economy and enhance the income of the community through BUMDes development. The integration of digital technology, fostering entrepreneurial skills among the community, and optimizing local potentials become a holistic approach to attain these objectives. Through the E-SAMDES platform, the process of paying motor vehicle taxes can be integrated into a digital system, enhancing data accuracy and encouraging the community's compliance in paying taxes on time. The utilization of this technology also enables easier access for the community to make payments, positively impacting overall village financial management. The Tetrapreneur Model and the implementation of E-SAMDES are expected to empower BUMDes as a vital pillar in driving the village economy and fostering community self-reliance. With a strong synergy among these elements, it is hoped that sustainable economic growth and improved welfare of the community in Lampung Tengah and surrounding areas can be achieved. However, continuous evaluation and support from up-to-date data and research findings are vital to optimizing the application of this model as a concrete step towards more advanced and inclusive village development. ABSTRAK Pengembangan ekonomi di tingkat desa menjadi isu yang krusial dalam mencapai kesejahteraan masyarakat pedesaan. Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) sebagai salah satu lembaga ekonomi di desa memegang peran strategis dalam mewujudkan pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal. Di era digital, pemanfaatan teknologi berbasis E-SAMDES menjadi pilihan tepat untuk mendukung efisiensi dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa. Selaras dengan itu, Model Tetrapreneur yang mengedepankan aspek berwirausaha, pemberdayaan, keberlanjutan, dan kemandirian, menjadi landasan untuk memperkuat peran BUMDes. Studi kasus pada UPTD 4 Lampung Tengah, sebuah unit pelaksana teknis di Provinsi Lampung, menjadi contoh implementasi Model Tetrapreneur dan E-SAMDES dalam mendukung perekonomian desa dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat melalui pengembangan BUMDes. Integrasi teknologi digital, penguatan keterampilan wirausaha masyarakat, dan optimalisasi potensi lokal menjadi pendekatan holistik untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut.
