Pola kemitraan merupakan salah satu solusi untuk menangani konflik yang muncul antara pengelola taman nasional dengan masyarakat disekitarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kegiatan kemitraan yang dilakukan dalam pemulihan ekosistem, menganalisis peran masyarakat dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi peran masyarakat dalam pemulihan ekosistem antara Taman Nasional Way Kambas dengan Kelompok Tani Hutan Wana Bhakti dan Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat PILI (Pusat Informasi Lingkungan Indonesia) di Desa Rantau Jaya Udik II. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perjanjian kerjasama kemitraan konservasipemulihan ekosistem yang dilakukan oleh Kelompok Tani Hutan Wana Bhakti di Zona Rehabilitasi Taman Nasional Way Kambas berupa penanaman tanaman endemik dimaksud untuk menunjang ketersediaan pakan lebah madu. Kegiatan tersebut meliputi penyediaan bibit, persiapan lahan, penanaman, pemeliharaan, dan penjagaan. Dusun 1 tidak melaksanakan hal serupa, melainkan hanya kerjasama pemulihan ekosistem yang dilakukan oleh Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat PILI dengan jenis kegiatan yang hampir sama yaitu penanaman tanaman endemik di Zona Rehabilitasi Taman Nasional Way Kambas. Peran Kelompok Tani Hutan Wana Bhakti di Dusun 4 sangat aktif dan dominan mulai dari proses perencanaan program, pelaksanaan, sampai monitoring dan evaluasi, sedangkan Kelompok Tani Hutan di Dusun 1 bukan merupakan subjek dalam pemulihan ekosistem sehingga hanya berperan dalam proses penanaman sebagai pekerja. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi peran masyarakat dalam pemulihan ekosistem adalah faktor kelembagaan kelompok, ekonomi, jenis program atau project, dan pendampingan. This study aims to describe the partnership activities in ecosystem restoration, analyze the role of the community and identify factors that influence the role of the community in ecosystem restoration between Way Kambas National Park and the Wana Bhakti Forest Farmers Group and the PILI Non-Governmental Organization (Indonesian Center for Environmental Information). in the village of Rantau Jaya Udik II. Data collection uses observation methods, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the research show that the conservation-ecosystem restoration partnership cooperation agreement carried out by the Wana Bhakti Forest Farmers Group in the Way Kambas National Park Rehabilitation Zone in the form of planting endemic plants is intended to support the availability of honey bee feed. These activities include providing seeds, land preparation, planting, maintenance, and guarding. Dusun (hamlet) 1 did not carry out anything similar, but only collaborated on ecosystem recovery by the Non-Governmental Organization PILI with almost the same type of activity, namely planting endemic plants in the Way Kambas National Park Rehabilitation Zone. The role of the Wana Bhakti Forest Farmer Group in Hamlet 4 is very active and dominant starting from the process of program planning, implementation, to monitoring and evaluation, while the Forest Farmer Group in Hamlet 1 is not a subject in ecosystem restoration so it only plays a role in the planting process as workers. Factors that influence the community's role in ecosystem restoration are group institutional factors, the economy, the type of program or project, and assistance.
