Penelitian ini dilakukan guna menganalisis kepuasan pengunjung pada Agrowisata Taman Bunga Umbul Helau menggunakan uji Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), mengetahui dampak dari kepuasan pengunjung bagi Agrowisata Taman Bunga Umbul Helau menggunakan uji Informance Performance Analysis (IPA), serta mengetahui dampak positif pariwisata bagi perekonomian masyarakat di sekitar Agrowisata Taman Bunga Umbul Helau melalui pendekatan dan wawancara terhadap masyarakat di sekitar Agrowisata tersebut. Agrowisata Taman Bunga Umbul Helau berlokasi di Jalan Wan Abdurahman Hutan Kecamatan Hutan Kabupaten Pesawaran Provinsi Lampung. Metode analisisi yang digunakan adalah study kasus dengan menggunakan tekhnik accidental sampling. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni sampai dengan Juli 2022. Hasil yang didapat dari tujuan pertama menggunakan uji Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) didapat nilai kepuasan pengunjung sebesar 71,89% dan dinyatakan puas. Hasil yang didapat dari tujuan pertama menggunakan uji Informance Performance Analysis (IPA), terdapat tiga pernyataan dari pengunjung terkait dimensi fasilitas pada edukasi kecinci. Dimensi infrastruktur tempat makan serta area parkir motor dan mobil yang terpisah. Dari ketiga pernyataan tersebut pengunjung merasa perlu adanya perbaikan dan peningkatan guna menciptakan rasa kepuasan pada pengunjung. Dari tujuan yang ketiga yaitu didapat bahwa dampak positif yang dirasakan masyarakat antara lain sebagai wisata dan hiburan murah bagi masyarakat sekitar Agrowisata serta terbukanya lapangan pekerjaan berupa peluang membuka usaha bagi masyarakat sekitar Agrowisata Taman Bunga Umbul Helau. Kata kunci : agrowisata, customer satisfaction index (CSI), informance performance analysis (IPA), kepuasan. This research was conducted to analyze visitor satisfaction at Agrotourism Umbul Helau Flower Park using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) test, determine the impact of visitor satisfaction on Agrotourism Umbul Helau Flower Park using the Informance Performance Analysis (IPA) test, and determine the positive impact of tourism on the community's economy. around the Agrotourism Umbul Helau Flower Park through approaches and interviews with the community around the Agrotourism. The results obtained from the first objective using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) test obtained a visitor satisfaction value of 71.89% and were declared satisfied. The results obtained from the first objective used the Informance Performance Analysis (IPA) test, there were three statements from visitors regarding the dimensions of the facilities in rabbit education. The dimensions of the dining infrastructure and separate parking areas for motorcycles and cars. Of the three statements, visitors feel the need for improvement and improvement in order to create a sense of satisfaction for visitors. From the third objective, it was found that the positive impact felt by the community included cheap tourism and entertainment for the community around Agrotourism and the opening of employment opportunities in the form of opportunities to open businesses for the community around Agrotourism Umbul Helau Flower Park.
