Dermaga Executive Pelabuhan Bakauheni merupakan pelabuhan umum yang melayani penyeberangan antara pulau, yang menjadi pilihan utama pengguna jasa penyeberangan dari pulau Sumatera ke pulau Jawa. sehingga sangat berpengaruh apabila terjadi masalah penundaan di pelabuhan tersebut. Kendala yang sering terjadi pada saat hari raya yaitu terjadinya penumpukan kendaraan yang menyebabkan antrian panjang, sedangkan pada hari biasa kinerja di pelabuhan berjalan dengan optimal. Pada penelitian ini indikator kendaraan yang digunakan yaitu kendaraan roda empat karena objek tersebut mengambil banyak kapasitas di kapal yang mempengaruhi bagaimana kinerja pelabuhan berjalan. Pengambilan data primer didapatkan dari survey lapangan yang meliputi data waktu bongkar muat kendaraan dan waktu singgah kapal di Dermaga Executive, dan data sekunder didapat dari PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero). Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan nilai rata-rata Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR) dari tahun 2019-2021 sebesar 75,23% dimana berdasarkan UNCTAD untuk nilai BOR >70% sebuah Pelabuhan harus mempunyai 6-10 dermaga, di Pelabuhan Bakauheni sudah mempunyai 7 dermaga oleh karena itu tidak diperlukan penambahan dermaga. Maka solusi terbaik yang dapat dilakukan pihak terkait dalam menangani penumpukan kendaraan yaitu dengan mengalihfungsikan dermaga konvensional menjadi dermaga executive. The Bakauheni Port Executive Pier is a public port that serves crossings between islands, which is the main choice of users of ferry services from Sumatra to Java. so that it is very influential if there is a delay problem at the port. The obstacle that often occurs during holidays is the buildup of vehicles which causes long queues, whereas on normal days the performance at the port runs optimally. In this study, the vehicle indicator used is four-wheeled vehicles because these objects take up a lot of capacity on board which affects how the performance of the port runs. Primary data collection was obtained from field surveys which included data on vehicle loading and unloading times and ship stop times at the Executive Pier, and secondary data obtained from PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero). From the results of the analysis that has been carried out the average Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR) value from 2019-2021 is 75.23% where based on UNCTAD for a BOR value of >70% a port must have 6-10 piers, at Bakauheni Port it already has 7 pier therefore no additional wharf is needed. So the best solution that can be done by related parties in dealing with the buildup of vehicles is to convert the conventional pier into an executive pier.
