This study aims to analyze (1) production performance, (2) cost structure, and (3) profit of Tunas Banana Chips Agroindustry in Metro City. The research used the case study method and the location of the research was determined purposively with the consideration that the agro-industry is an agro-industry that actively produces banana chips. Respondents in this study were the owners and employees of the Tunas Banana Chips Agroindustry. Data collection was carried out from February to March 2023 and analyzed descriptively quantitatively and qualitatively. The results showed that (1) the performance of the Banana Shoot Chips Agroindustry was good, because four of the six indicators in production performance which included capacity, quality, delivery speed, and process speed were appropriate, while the indicators of machine productivity and product diversification flexibility did not match the aspects. (2) The total variable cost (TVC) value is IDR 2,732,500.00 with a percentage of 98.03% and the total fixed cost (TFC) value is IDR 54,905.26 with a percentage of 1.97%. (3) Banana Chips Shoots Agroindustry earns a profit of IDR 32,820,757.94 per month, so this business is profitable. Keywords: Production performance, cost structure and profit of banana chips Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) kinerja produksi, (2) struktur biaya, dan (3) keuntungan Agroindustri Keripik Pisang Tunas di Kota Metro. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi kasus dan penentuan lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive) dengan pertimbangan bahwa agroindustri tersebut merupakan agroindustri yang aktif memproduksi keripik pisang. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah pemilik dan karyawan Agroindustri Keripik Pisang Tunas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Februari sampai Maret 2023 dan dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) kinerja pada Agroindustri Keripik Pisang Tunas sudah baik, karena empat dari enam indikator dalam kinerja produksi yang meliputi kapasitas, kualitas, kecepatan pengiriman, dan kecepatan proses sudah sesuai, sedangkan indikator produktivitas mesin dan fleksibilitas diversifikasi produk tidak sesuai aspek. (2) Nilai total variabel cost (TVC) sebesar Rp 2.732.500,00 dengan persentase sebesar 98,03% dan nilai total fixed cost (TFC) sebesar Rp 54.905,26 dengan persentase sebesar 1,97%. (3) Agroindustri Keripik Pisang Tunas memperoleh keuntungan sebesar Rp 32.820.757,94 per bulan, sehingga usaha ini bersifat menguntungkan.
