Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan atau yang secara umum disebut sebagai Corporate Social Responsibility adalah suatu konsep bahwa perusahaan memiliki berbagai bentuk tanggung jawab terhadap seluruh pemangku kepentingannya, yang di antaranya adalah konsumen, karyawan, pemegang saham, masyarakat dan lingkungan dalam segala aspek operasional perusahaan yang mencakup aspek ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan. Pelaksanaannya diwajibkan bagi setiap perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang sumber daya alam sebagaimana yang tertuang dalam Pasal 74 Undang-undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2007. Tentunya setiap perusahaan memiliki metode pelaksanaan yang berbeda dalam melaksanakan program Corporate Social Responsibility. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibility pada PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distibusi Lampung sebagai perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara yang bergerak di bidang sumber daya alam tidak dikecualikan untuk melaksanakan program Corporate Social Responsibility. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif empiris dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif. Pendekatan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan kasus. Sumber data yang digunakan berupa data primer dan sekunder yang dianalisis secara kualitatif. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukan bahwa kegiatan Corporate Social Responsibility PT PLN Unit Induk Distribusi Lampung telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan ketentuan Undang-undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2007 Tentang Perseroan Terbatas, Undang-undang Nomor 25 Tahun 2007 tentang Penanaman Modal, Undang-undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2009 tentang Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup, Peraturan Menteri Badan Usaha Milik Negara Nomor PER-05/MBU/04/2021, dan Undang-undang No 4 Tahun 2009 tentang Pertambangan. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan Corporate Social Responsibility PT PLN Unit Induk Distribusi Lampung memperhatikan keselarasan prosedur pelaksanaannya dengan ketentuan yang berlaku dan teori keberpihakan terhadap masyarakat. Bentuk-bentuk bantuan program Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap masyarakat difokuskan untuk memberikan manfaat yang berkelanjutan, sehingga dampak bantuan yang diberikan oleh PT PLN Unit Induk Distribusi Lampung dapat lebih bermanfaat dalam jangka panjang dengan cakupan yang lebih luas. Environment And Social Responsibility commonly known as Corporate Social Responsibility is a concept that companies have various forms of responsibility towards all of their stakeholders, which include consumers, employees, shareholders, society and the environment in all aspects of the company's operations which include economic, social and environmental aspects. Its implementation is mandatory for every company engaged in the natural resources sector as stipulated in Article 74 of Law Number 40 of 2007. Of course, each company has different implementation methods in carrying out its Corporate Social Responsibility program. This study aims to examine the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility at PT PLN (Persero) Lampung Distribution Main Unit as a State-Owned Enterprise company engaged in the field of natural resources is not exempt from implementing the Corporate Social Responsibility program. This research is empirical normative legal research with descriptive research type. The problem approach in this study is the statutory approach and the case approach. The data sources used were primary and secondary data which were analyzed qualitatively. The conclusion of the study shows that the Corporate Social Responsibility activities of PT PLN Lampung Main Distribution Unit have been carried out in accordance with the provisions of Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies, Law Number 25 of 2007 concerning Investment, Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Protection and Environmental Management, Regulation of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number PER-05/MBU/04/2021, and Law No. 4 of 2009 concerning Mining. In carrying out the Corporate Social Responsibility activities of PT PLN Lampung Main Distribution Unit, it pays attention to the alignment of its implementation procedures with the applicable provisions and the theory of partisanship towards the community. The forms of Corporate Social Responsibility program assistance to the community are focused on providing sustainable benefits, so that the impact of assistance provided by PT PLN Lampung Main Distribution Unit can be more beneficial in the long term with a wider scope.
