Ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan merupakan permasalahan klasik yang masih menimbulkan kekhawatiran, dan hal ini masih terjadi di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh faktor investasi, angkatan kerja, dan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) terhadap ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan di Indonesia. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis data panel di 34 Provinsi di Indonesia tahun 2018-2021. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah Rasio Gini sebagai indikator ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan, sementara variabel bebas terdiri dari investasi yang dicerminkan dengan nilai Pembentukan Modal Tetap Bruto (PMTB), angkatan kerja, dan Indeks Pembangunan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (IP-TIK) sebagai indikator Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa investasi dan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan, dan variabel angkatan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan di Indonesia selama tahun 2018-2021. Kata Kunci: Investasi, Angkatan Kerja, IP-TIK, Ketimpangan Distribusi Pendapatan, Rasio Gini Income inequality is a classic problem that still raises concerns, and this is still the case in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of investment, labor force, and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) factors on income distribution inequality in Indonesia. The analytical method used in this study is the panel data analysis method in 34 provinces in Indonesia in 2018-2021. The dependent variable in this study is the Gini Ratio as an indicator of income distribution inequality, while the independent variables consist of investment reflected by the value of Gross Fixed Capital Formation (GFCG), the labor force, and the Information and Communication Technology Development Index (IP-ICT) as an indicator of Information and Communication Technology. The results of this study show that investment and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) have a negative and significant effect on income distribution inequality, and the labor force variable has a negative and insignificant effect on income distribution inequality in Indonesia during 2018- 2021.
