Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu jenuh belajar yang dialami selama mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi siswa dalam mengatasi dan mengurangi kejenuhan belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan 4 (empat) siswa sebagai subjek penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan angket kejenuhan belajar. Teknik analisis data menggunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kelelahan fisik, kelelahan emosi, kelelahan kognitif, dan kehilangan motivasi belajar. Kata kunci: kejenuhan belajar, strategi, siswa SMP, bimbingan dan konseling The problem in this study is learning saturation experienced during the learning process. This study aims to determine student strategies in overcoming and reducing learning saturation. This research is a type of qualitative research using descriptive methods with 4 (four) students as research subjects. Data collection techniques using questionnaire, observation, interviews and triangulation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research were physical fatigue, emotional fatigue, cognitive fatigue, and loss of motivation.
