Cooperatives can potentially have a broad impact on the economic order. The success of cooperatives can benefit members, the surrounding environment, and even the broader scope. The agricultural sector cooperatives in Lampung Province are cooperatives that run agricultural-related businesses and cooperatives whose members are agricultural business actors in Lampung Province. This research aimed to analyze the cooperative health, factors that affect cooperative health, factors that affect business volume, and factors that affect net income (SHU) of agricultural sector cooperatives in Lampung Province. The number of samples in this study was 33 cooperatives. The ordinal logistic regression method was used to analyze the factors that affected the cooperative health, and multiple linear regression was used to analyze factors that influenced the business volume and net income (SHU). It was found that 45.45% of cooperatives were included in the healthy category, with the governance aspect as the healthiest category inspection results and many weaknesses in the risk profile aspect. Factors that influence the cooperatives health are the availability of managers and the chairman education. In contrast, the number of members, self-capital, loan capital, assets, and some business units do not affect the health of agricultural sector cooperatives in Lampung Province. The number of members and business units have a negative effect on business volume, while capital and loan capital have a positive effect on business volume. At the same time, the variables of manager's availability and the chairman's education level do not affect the business volume of agricultural sector cooperatives in Lampung Province. Self-capital, loan capital, and the chairman's high level of education have a positive effect, and the number of members and business units have a negative effect on the net income (SHU). In contrast, the manager availability and the chairman’s education level at imtermediate and low levels have no effect on the net income (SHU) of agricultural sector cooperatives in Lampung province. Keywords: business volume, cooperative health, net income Koperasi berpotensi memberikan dampak yang luas terhadap tatanan perekonomian. Keberhasilan koperasi dapat memberikan manfaat bagi anggota, lingkungan sekitar, bahkan lingkup yang lebih luas. Koperasi sektor pertanian di Provinsi Lampung merupakan koperasi yang memiliki usaha di bidang pertanian maupun koperasi yang anggotanya merupakan pelaku usaha di bidang pertanian yang ada di Provinsi Lampung. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis kesehatan koperasi, faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kesehatan koperasi, faktorfaktor yang memengaruhi volume usaha, dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU) koperasi sektor pertanian di Provinsi Lampung. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 33 koperasi. Metode regresi logistik ordinal digunakan untuk analisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kesehatan koperasi dan regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi volume usaha dan SHU koperasi. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah sebanyak 45,45 persen koperasi termasuk pada kategori sehat. Aspek tata kelola memperoleh hasil pemeriksaan kategori sehat paling banyak dan kelemahan paling banyak ada pada aspek profil risiko. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kesehatan koperasi yaitu ketersediaan manajer dan pendidikan ketua, sedangkan jumlah anggota, modal sendiri, modal pinjaman, aset, dan jumlah unit usaha tidak memengaruhi kesehatan koperasi. Jumlah anggota dan jumlah unit usaha berpengaruh secara negatif sedangkan modal sendiri dan modal pinjaman berpengaruh secara positif terhadap volume usaha. Ketersediaan manajer dan tingkat pendidikan ketua tidak berpengaruh terhadap volume usaha koperasi. Modal sendiri, modal pinjaman, dan tingkat pendidikan ketua yang tinggi berpengaruh secara positif, sedangkan jumlah anggota, dan jumlah unit usaha berpengaruh secara negatif terhadap SHU. Ketersediaan manajer dan tingkat pendidikan ketua yang rendah dan sedang tidak berpengaruh terhadap SHU koperasi sektor pertanian di Provinsi Lampung.
