Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Suku Lauraceae mempunyai 55 marga dengan jumlah jenis 2500 - 3000. Nothaphoebe Blume merupakan salah satu marga dari suku Lauraceae atau suku Medang-medangan, dan berada di dalam subgrup Persea bersama-sama dengan marga Alseodaphne, Dehaasia, Persea, dan Phoebe. Informasi mengenai keanekaragaman Nothaphoebe di Sumatra, khususnya di Provinsi Lampung belum pernah dilaporkan. Lauraceae secara umum berbentuk pohon, semak, berbau aromatik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui karakter morfologi dan jenis-jenis dari marga Nothaphoebe yang berasal dari Lampung serta identifikasi molekuler tumbuhan dari Hutan Lindung Batutegi melalui DNA barcoding. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Hutan Lindung Batutegi Tanggamus, Provinsi Lampung sebagai tempat pengkoleksian sampel serta pendataan tumbuhan di lapangan. Pembuatan herbarium dilakukan di Laboratorium Botani, Biologi, FMIPA, Universitas Lampung. Karakterisasi morfologi marga Nothaphoebe suku Lauraceae dilakukan di Herbarium Bogoriense (BO) - BRIN. Identifikasi metode molekuler menggunakan sekuen DNA yaitu Ribulose-1,5-Bifosfat Karboksilase (rbcL), Maturase K (matK), dan Internal Transcribed Spacer (ITS), dilakukan di Laboratorium Sistematika Molekuler, Pusat Riset Biosistematika dan Evolusi - BRIN Cibinong, Bogor, Jawa Barat pada bulan Januari sampai dengan Mei 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 5 jenis Nothaphoebe di Provinsi Lampung yaitu Nothaphoebe falcata Blume, Nothaphoebe foetida (Kosterm.) Kosterm., Nothaphoebe macrocarpa (Blume) Meisn, Nothaphoebe magnifica (Kosterm.) Kosterm., Nothaphoebe umbelliflora (Blume) Blume, dan 1 jenis Lauraceae yaitu Persea americana Mill., di Hutan Lindung Batutegi, Tanggamus, Provinsi Lampung. Kata kunci: Lauraceae, Molekuler, Morfologi, Nothaphoebe, Provinsi Lampung ABSTRACT Lauraceae comprises 55 genus with a total of 2500-3000 species. Nothaphoebe Blume is one of the genera of Lauraceae or Medang-medangan and is in the Persea subgroup together with the genus Alseodaphne, Dehaasia, Persea and Phoebe. Information on the diversity of Nothaphoebe in Sumatra, especially in Lampung province, has never been reported. Lauraceae is generally in the form of trees, shrubs, and with an aromatic smell. The purpose of this study was to determine the morphological characteristics and species of Nothaphoebe from Lampung and molecular identification of plants from Batutegi Protected Forest by DNA barcoding. This research was conducted in Batutegi Protected Forest, Tanggamus, Lampung Province, as a site for field sampling and plant data collection. Herbarium preparation was done at the Botany Laboratory, Biology, FMIPA, Lampung University. The morphological characterisation of the genus Nothaphoebe of the Lauraceae was carried out at the Herbarium Bogoriense (BO) - BRIN. Identification of molecular methods using DNA sequences, namely ribulose-1,5-biphosphate carboxylase (rbcL), maturase K (matK), and internal transcribed spacer (ITS), was carried out at Molecular Systematics Laboratory, Research Center for Biosystematics and Evolution - BRIN Cibinong, Bogor, West Java from January to May 2023. The results showed that there are 5 species of Nothaphoebe in Lampung Province, namely Nothaphoebe falcata Blume, Nothaphoebe foetida (Kosterm.) Kosterm.., Nothaphoebe macrocarpa (Blume) Meisn., Nothaphoebe magnifica (Kosterm.) Kosterm., Nothaphoebe umbelliflora (Blume) Blume and 1 species of Lauraceae namely Persea americana Mill. in Batutegi Protected Forest, Tanggamus, Lampung Province.
