Community participation is the main driving factor for the success of a program. There are four activities that show participation in development activities, namely participation in planning, participation in implementation, participation in evaluation, and participation in utilization of results. This research aims to determine the level of participation of KWT members, analyze factors related to KWT member participation, determine the effectiveness of the P2L Program, and analyze the relationship between KWT member participation and the effectiveness of the P2L Program. This research was conducted at KWT Margo Perintis, Margo Mulyo Village, Tegineneng District, Pesawaran Regency. This location was chosen deliberately (pusposive sampling). This research was carried out in May-June 2023. The method used to determine respondents used the census method with the total population in this study being 30 respondents, all members of the P2L Program who joined the Margo Perintis women's farmer group (KWT). The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative using Kendall Tau correlation test analysis. The results of the research show that the level of participation of KWT members in the P2L Program is included in the high category. Factors related to KWT member participation are age, formal education, motivation, yard area and government support. The effectiveness of the P2L Program at KWT Margo Perintis is included in the effective category. The participation of KWT members has a real relationship with the effectiveness of the P2L Program. Partisipasi masyarakat merupakan faktor pendorong utama keberhasilan suatu program. Terdapat empat kegiatan yang menunjukan partisipasi dalam kegiatan pembangunan, yaitu partisipasi dalam perencanaan, partisipasi dalam pelaksanaan, partisipasi dalam evaluasi, serta partisipasi dalam pemanfaatan hasil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat partisipasi anggota KWT, menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan partisipasi anggota KWT, mengetahui efektivitas Program P2L, dan menganalisis hubungan antara partisipasi anggota KWT dengan efektivitas Program P2L. Penelitian ini dilakukan di KWT Margo Perintis Desa Margo Mulyo Kecamatan Tegineneng Kabupaten Pesawaran. Pemilihan lokasi ini dilakukan dengan sengaja (pusposive sampling). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei-Juni 2023. Metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan responden menggunakan metode sensus dengan jumlah total populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 30 responden seluruh anggota Program P2L yang bergabung dalam kelompok wanita tani (KWT) Margo Perintis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis uji korelasi Kendall Tau.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat partisipasi anggota KWT dalam Program P2L termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan partisipasi anggota KWT yaitu umur, pendidikan formal, motivasi, luas lahan pekarangan dan dukungan pemerintah. Efektivitas Program P2L di KWT Margo Perintis termasuk dalam kategori efektif. Partisipasi anggota KWT memiliki hubungan yang nyata dengan efektivitas Program P2L.
